    Samsung 5.0 front load washer is the best washer ive ever used. The clothes come out smelling fresh and very clean. Couldn’t be happier with my new washer it’s the best purchase ive made in many years. Best Buy installed it without any problems and was super friendly and knowledgeable and respectful during the installation and I’d highly recommend it thanks Best Buy

    Good washer. Helps to have a P.H.D. to learn ALL about the many different settings. Most people will just throw in the laundry and push one setting and go. That includes me, but will read the manual 2X while in the bathroom. My wife likes the 5.0 Cu load. The blankets load a lot easier than the old washer.

    Washer's great, except for the fact that the start button is not very responsive. It's supposed to be pressure-sensitive, but I have to hold my finger on it for quite a long time to get it to start. (The start button on the dryer I bought with it, however, works fine.)
