I have only done four loads of laundry so far, but it has cleaned everything and is very quiet.

Great washer with good capacity. 14 wash cycles are great. Add wash feature is also a plus.

The washer is great! The washer has more than a enough room for our bedding including our king size comforter! This washer has the add a item door that we use all the time. This Samsung washer is way more efficient than our old Samsung washer. This washer uses less water and is able to clean our clothes on the speed cycle in half the time! I give this washer a huge thumbs up and I say keep up the great work Samsung.

They had a very competitive price. Great delivery and great communication. Washer and dryer were delivered on time set up perfectly and work perfectly. Very pleased!

Does a good job at cleaning and handles our king sized bedding. After a couple of days it started making a metal on metal grinding noice so like the matching dryer it is also being replaced with a different washer.

This is a very nice washer with lots of features. We have used it a few times and the clothes came out much cleaner than our top load washer. The only reason for 4 star is that our laundry cabinet is narrow and fitting this machine took some work. If it was couple of inches thiner, it would have fit perfectly. But to be fair, we were told about the width when we were looking at them at the store.

This washer is excellent. I have had it now for about 2 months and i really love it. Past washers had predefined settings that end up making for long wash times and not necessarily cleaner clothes. This washer has customizable settings and I feel like my clothes are cleaner than ever. Plus i have the option to choose settings to reduce the wash time when needed. I am glad i spent the extra on this washer.

After reading review, store manager (lost paper with her name) Instructed me on the features, listened to my concerns as purchase included medical necessity features. She did comparisons on the computer, showed me store displays, etc. We made the best choice! I am very happy with the features, ease in using, the Samsung Washing machine does all and more, Thank you Best Buy for another long term appliance.

The only reason I don’t give a 5 star is because it does has a Spin by itself cycle it has rinse and spin together and sometimes I hand wash clothes and put it to spin so it can dry faster but the it has to rinse first which sometimes I don’t needed

Love how you can stuff high volume clothes. Has worked well so far. The touch screen does require effort to make different selections. Also when the load is small or includes delicate items, they get stuck on the walls of the washer after the cycle is complete.

I was hesitant to get this over the 4.5 cubic foot, and over older models, but I am very pleased with my purchase. Love the large capacity, steam, and many cycles. do not buy it for the Addwash feature, it's just a gimmick. You actually have to pause the load and wait for it to unlock the Addwash door, at which point the main door is also unlocked so you could just put it in the main door.

My new Samsung Washer is great. Our whites are all getting whiter, and our colored clothing brighter since I started using it. Clothing smells fresh and clean. The ability to add items to the load after starting is excellent. Often something needs to be added that was forgotten. Sanitizing and Allergy cycles are great...we have both a dog and a cat. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase.

I was nervous about smell and leaking based on the other reviews I had read before buying.... Samsung must have fixed those issues because I have not had one problem. I do cheat though, I leave the door open when not in use. There is still drops off water on the sill and the tub when I pull the clothes out of the washer so Why would anybody close the air/water tight door until it's all dry?

we need a large capacity washer for comforters and dog blankets. This model really handles all our needs. Would definitely recommend this washer. We would definitely recommend this washer. It handles our large loads of comforters and dog bed items. We also like the add an item door. We are always adding a last minute item. Best washer we have ever purchased.

Great set, looks good, cleans better! This new washer and dryer combination performs better than we expected. We did extensive research of all the major brands leading up to replacing our aging Maytag Neptune series set. We settled on Samsung and couldn't be happier with the purchase, and the experience.
