alot more features than my old one large capacity and cery quiet

This product is very easy to to use and has several different options to choose from.

This washer was a lot bigger than we thought, but seems to do the job. If it's a small load, it may have issues in the spin cycle. This is actually our second washer, the first we had to return because the strut was broken so it shook violently. This new one is still louder than expected but it is what it is

Clothes get very clean, like being able to put a lot of clothes on at once.

Don't let the high tech sleek look of this washer intimidate you if you are upgrading from a standard washer. It is easy to use and has pre-set options you can choose that are so simple. Just turn a dial to the type of laundry you are doing, put your detergent and softener in the tray, and press start.

Very quiet, does not shake and the clothes come out so clean.

Does a great job removing stains. Cycles are a bit long but you get used to that. Had a whirlpool cabrio before. This does MUCH BETTER on stains!

I've always wanted a front-loading washer. I'm 5'1" and had a hard time getting clothes out of my last Samsung washer. Now I have a large bin plus an easy opening to collect my clothes - socks rarely escape me now! I also love the digital buttons and my favorite feature is the little song the washer plays at the end of the cycle to let me know my clothes have finished washing.

This washer handles large loads and the clothes come out clean!! Love it!!

The product is great service plan is needs some improvement. Need them to come back to level my machines properly they give me the run around.

So far, we have used it for about 1 month. Compared to the previous one (whirlpool, similar pricing range), it has more cycles, quieter, appears to wash cleaner. The only con I have is if you add "too much" (really not too much) detergent, you may get some overflow on the floor. A little bit bad!!! Now I have to try to use much less detergent.

Great washer . Big load washer is very very very good

This washer is out of sight. It can be put on silent. It also can be used in a smart mode. It is really nice. With a lot of great features.

The washer is big, 5 cu ft. We’re able to do less loads per week. I bought it for $620 open box dew so worth the money. Saved over $600. Two issues with the washer. 1) The clothes come out more winkle than my old LG washer. I contacted customer support and they recommend using liquid softener and washing with warm or hot water. Not economically beneficial, I don’t want to use warm/hot water on every load. 2) After each wash, the inside stay wet for the long time. You either have to keep door open until it dries up or wipe it down after each wash.

Cleans clothes well. Runs so quietly you don't know it is on.

I have had good luck with Samsung appliances in the past, this one is no different. Only downside is the top scratches easily.

Just received my product last week. Working great so far. The add a door feature does leak a small amount with larger loads. Best buy has ordered a new door through Geek Squad. Yes I bought the extended warranty!! I think the delivery drivers damaged the door during delivery. Otherwise I'm very statisfied. This washer will fit large king size comforters.
