I have this unit "stacked" with the matching drier. The only negative is that they are very tall when stacked. The units have a larger capacity - and seem to be slightly larger than the size I'm used to - which leads to the driers control unit being pretty high and hard to see when stacked on the drier.

We got this model to replace a recalled Samsung top-loading washer. The Best Buy staff helping us was a Samsung affiliated rep and he did a great job explaining the pros and cons of top-loading and front-loading, and he was relatively honest. The unit itself works great, takes more or less the same time as the top-loading model we had. I like the hatch on the door, at first I thought that was redundant, but it turns out I am already using it a few times when I forget some of the laundries. It actually matches the Samsung dryer that was paired with the top-loading washer quite well, as they are about the same height and width (but different depth). Overall, a great purchase.

Have not bought a new washer in 17 years yes we had a dinosaur and I am so glad we choose this one. I swear I think my clothes are cleaner. We have had this for a month my most recent water bill was almost 30 dollars cheaper sure hope that wasn't a fluke. It is also way more quiet then I am used to.

We looked at several washers and read reviews from all the big box stores and this one stood out with it's innovative little front door for when you forget something after you've started the wash, steam features, and quietness of operation. We opted to not purchase the pedestal as we've currently got pedestals under our street and the washer we're replacing and don't feel the need for them. The only quirk I have is the silly music it plays at the cycle's end, but I'm sure I can turn it off of I read the manual or search online long enough. It's not bothersome nor loud, I just don't like the tune. We opted for the metallic color as our existing washer is white and we were tired of the plain Jane color. No regrets here. Just wish Best Buy delivered to us, but we are 45 minutes from the nearest store.

Great washing machine, does the job. Clothes are much cleaner compared to the old machine we had.

It is looks like have every option it need. big plus it has power wash ( i was wanted it ) . it is quite while working. little bit shakes when spins ( i put on carpet . I recommend to put peace of wood under so not much shake ) . also got on sale. I own only 4 weeks so far so good.

It washes well, especially when I use a higher soil level setting. The higher setting uses more water for the load. It takes a while to wash, so if you have the space and money, buy two of them. As for best buy, they were a thorn in my derriere for well over a month. It took all that time, four delivery attempts (one making me miss a concert and only two actual deliveries), at least 25 phone calls to customer service, delivery, corporate & the store, I forgot how many visits to the store because of the runaround, and I'm still waiting on the promised gift card for my troubles, I'm still waiting on the points to be fixed. At least I finally have a non-leaking, clean, leveled washer set with all the screws intact and no dents!

I have been wanting a front load washer for a while now but couldn't decide on which one. I went with this model because we can add clothes even though the cycle has already been started. We always seem to forget 1 or 2 items so this is perfect for us

I love love love this washer. It is efficient, convenient and quiet. I thought our water was why our clothes smelled like wet dog if left in the washer for more than a couple of hours., but we no longer have that problem. Clothes are clean and the size is great.

We love the little door that allows you to add clothing after the cycle starts. It washes well and has been a reliable washer for us. It has many options for washing, from delicate to heavy duty. Also steam clean.

Overall a good machine. Seems to wash just fine and it looks really nice. That said, my old LG was quieter when running and just seemed better quality (for example, when the door closes on the Samsung its really loud and clunky, on my old LG it was a very soft close). The add items feature is nice and I definitely do use that. One other thing I don't care for is that it stays in the mode you last used as opposed to reverting to "normal wash" once turned off. So I've had several loads that i have unintentionally washed in speed mode or as delicates because I am used to it resetting to normal once the current load is done. Otherwise no complaints.

This washer is AMAZING!! I washes so much in one load that doing two weeks worth of laundry for two adults and one child only takes me at max three loads. It is also large enough to wash my king size blankets with no issue.

We bought this as a replacement for an older model Samsung that had leaked. So far the washer is great. It has a bigger drum yet smaller overall footprint than our older model. There are several cool features, though we likely won't use a lot of them often. The only negative is the smart feature. We bought the $25 wireless dongle from Samsung to be able to track the status of the wash cycle from our phone but the app is spotty is at best. This wasn't the reason we bought the washer nor is it a necessary component, so I'm still giving it 5 stars. Just don't expect much on Samsung's smart home features, as other online reviews all say the same thing, regardless of appliance.

Our previous Samsung washer was still workin after 9 years, but the dryer had just died. I did not want to temp fate so we purchased the set. I am glad we did. The new washer has more features and does a grow at his on our laundry problems.

This washing machine works. Cleans well and has good options. That's why it gets 2 stars; it's just to be fair. The thing that really sucks is the filter. Reasons why it sucks: 1. It's on the floor. I'm not paying extra money to have my machines lifted off the ground when I can bend over to take laundry out and put it in. But this filter is one inch above the ground. So you are automatically on your knees to clean it out. 2. You have to drain the drum before you can clean the filter. And since the door is one inch off the floor, it's not simple to drain, nor to find something to drain it into. 3. The filter does not come out easily. It has a child proof click to it that doesn't turn unless it's a full moon, the fifth Friday of the month and it's exactly 11:11 a.m. 4. Putting the filter back in is child proof, too. Bloody knuckles and a lot of swearing. 5. If you have animals with hair or ever buy anything with lint and wash it, you will be cleaning it constantly. And if you don't put it on your calendar, to clean it every time it's a full moon, the fifth Friday of the month and it's exactly 11:11 a.m., you will know that you have to clean it when you're load of wash is done, but is sitting in a pool of water. Or, you have water all over your floor. Who doesn't love that? Yep. Not me.

I think I got a good deal on this washer since it was in sale. it's bigger than what I originally had, I only paid a little more for a bigger washer. It's quite, but takes up a little more space at the front compared to my old 4.5 c.u ft.

My wife is satisfied with how it cleans. It has a knocking sound for a few seconds when it begins to spin but that may mean that the installer did not balance the unit properly with the floor.
