Washer is very quiet when running and cycles are efficient. We have noticed a decrease in both our water bill and electric bill from our previous washer. It’s also bigger, which allows us to spend less time on laundry each week.

I have only had it for about 3 weeks, but so far i absolutely love it. The add a wash is the best thing, I have had to use it several times. I would have given it 5 stars if I had it longer with no problems but i feel its a little soon.

This washer is a life SAVER. It saves you time an money since it an energy efficient washer. There a setting on the washer. You set it the dial to normal load and press the super wash and the load will be done within 30 minutes. And yes the clothes do come out clean. If you have a big bed [we have a Cal King] you can wash your bedding. The comforter fits in the drum with space still left. [sheets and comforter are recommended to was separate]. That fact that it as an add door is really neat as well. If you for got to add clothes to the wash even with it being in mid cycle you can pause and add what you forgot through the add door. The added steam cycle is a plus as well. Over all the best washer I’ve ever used.

Really ejoying how much we can fit in this drum for a front load. Only downside is the height, but at $280 for the pedestal, I'm sure not going to be using that to raise it up.

I love my washer with add a garment feature so easy to use. I leave the front door and detergent door open to dry out washing machine after finishing laundry to prevent that musky smell. Works great

I THINK THIS IS A GREAT MACHINE, MY CLOTHES COME OUT VERY CLEAN AND THE FOR GET A WASH SLOT IS GREAT, THE ONLY PROBLEM I SEE SO FAR IS THAT THE MACHINE VIBRATE LOUDLY WHEN THE MACHINE IS ON THE HEAVE SPIN CYCLE

The agent installed my TV mount,TV on the wall, Receiver, link master remote and set up the sound output for the system and Linksys WiFi . He did a awesome job. Washer installed

The washer is very easy to use, and does not make much noise. Now, we can pause the washer and add more clothes to it without restarting the machine, if we forget put those clothes inside the washer initially . It is very convenient!

Clothes come out fresh Everytime long lasting smell is great

The new Samsung washer replaced my old, similar Samsung (7 year old) washer that had a mother-board problem. The new washer gets the job done faster and better. More clean in less time is a big bonus since I do 5-7 loads a week. Important to use HE liquid and use the smallest amount needed. I did notice that the interior gasket and door is much wetter than my old front-load washer, so I wipe it dry with a microfiber cloth after final load of the day and leave door open until next use to avoid any potential mold or mildew problems.

The washing machine washes clothes well but it is noisy when balancing. And it has to balance every load. Top washer is unique but really have no use for it. Save the money and get the model below this one.

Love the late add door, and clothes come out really clean, what I don't like is that when the spin cycles start the washer is really noisy until it picks up some speed

We did a ton of research before pulling the trigger on a new W/D set, and we are happy we picked this one. It's easily the best washer we've ever owned. It has plenty of cycles to choose from, it's quiet and we couldn't be happier

I love the washer, however, a few days after having the FIRST one, it started making a screeching sound when starting and ending the spin cycle. I called geek squad, and they came out andsaid it's the main spring that holds the drum in place. Since it had only been about a week, I asked to receive another one. I got the second in, and have had it a couple months now, and it is starting to squeak. It seems this must be a thing with these washers, and will be calling them out again.

My old Samsung was recalled. I did like my old top loaded Samsung washer. So I decided to buy a front loader ( with the rebate from Samsung recall). It works well and my cloth come out very clean. I washed a small rug at laundry mat and it was still dirty. After the new washer is installed , I washed the same rug and it come out very clean. FYI. This rug is my dog's favorite and I wash it often. I am happy the new washer can make the rug look new. The " deley end" is irritating. It must be the English that's bothering me. I want my load to start after 11 pm ( cheaper utility) so I usually just count number of hours from the time I load the washer til 11 pm. Now I am wondering if I need to count the cycle time in addition. One caution, my last Samsung did leak after 6 years.

Great washer... Value for $$... Clothes come out really clean even on the quick wash cycle. The controls are a little tricky at first but once you get used to them they are ok.

Large capacity washer handles our king size comforters like a champ. Many different cycles for various types of laundry has kept our clothes and linens in great shape!
