I love the add wash feature. I have used it more than I thought I would. It is a HUGE washer! pretty cool when you add the smart home adapter that notifies me on my smart phone when laundry is done.

I really like my new washer. When my old one finally gave out I decided I wanted a larger front load. Also I wanted a Samsung so I got both when I bought this washer. It washes great so far.

Absolutely love my washer. I love the small door to added missed items to my wash without opening the large door.

Is 2020 had it for almost 2 years worth every penny I just review because I've been lazy lol but works until this day quickly and quietly great machine

Large capacity reduces number of loads for a family of 5. Machine literally comes with bells and whistles with its sonic indicators for different buttons. I am very happy with the purchase.

Positive review for my family. We use it 4-6 times a week. It’s vey quiet, washes the clothes great. Has many options. The dryer also works well. With many settings.

It can wash a lot of stuff in one load. It's a must buy if you have big loads to do.

Only had washer for a few days but it is awesome compared to my old Maytag. The washer is so quiet, I can finally watch a TV show in the next room while it is running

The machine is great, although it had to be delivered and installed twice due to the first two units and pedestals both being slightly damaged upon delivery.

It really is a nice washer, with lots of options, large capacity, great looking in a set, economical to operate and does a great job. Don't buy this washer for the Addwash feature alone though! When standing on the showroom floor the small little door seems sooo cool...and the commercials showing this feature being used is just mind blowing...you get your machine home, and read the operating instructions indicating to use the Pause button BEFORE you can actually open the "Addwash" door!!! ...isn't that just the same as opening the main door to add additional items to the wash? Anyway, great washer other than the crazy Addwash gimmick.

I love it! I love Samsung products. It is so quite, sometimes I forget it is even on. I love the add door as well, I have already used it on a couple of items. Definitely worth the price

Much better than the LG front loader I replaced. Very quiet an can tell quality is much better as my LG broke 4 months after getting and took forever to get the parts. I like Samsung

Love this washing machine. Especially with the new window in the front, we're all you have to do is pause it and you can add to the wash.

Great washer! Still haven't had any problems with it after 2 years. Pretty neat that you can add in clothes while it is running.

We bought this after we read a lot of reviews , it washes pretty good the only problem is water remain around the door seal and if doesent gets cleaned will built mildew .

1. I forget adding tide pods and run cycle without detergent. This is cool feature not only to add extra clothes, but also detergent. 2. This may be interesting to those who complain about noise. People who install miss the calibration and run the first cycle. Do calibrate and note how the noise fades after that. 3. Samsung network adapter is a waste if you want to controi the machine. It only reports but doesn't yet do remote operation.

Only used it a few time but good so far. It is much quieter than I thought it would be. Still waiting on pedistal I think it will be even better when we get that.

I bought the washer/dryer/ pedestals 2 years ago and they are still working g perfect as intended. Look great, work great, love them

Super convenient pocket door to add after start. Been using for several months now and has no drain or mold problems like the older front loaders.

Love the addwash feature for the washer and that I can leave it open so it can air out without leaving the whole door open.
