Washes well. I was looking for a front loader and this does a great job. I have even over loaded the machine and still does well.

Bought this washer/dryer set after my previous one stopped working. Love the design and love how clean our clothes feel after washing and drying them!!!

I love the large capacity. The add in feature is nice but takes a while to unlock so that you can add an item. Overall, a great washer!

I have had this washer for about 3 weeks now and so far it's doing a really nice job cleaning the clothes. It has a function that allows you to speed up some of the cycles which cuts down on your washing time. The only negative that I have experienced is that it leaves water behind in the rubber gasket at the end of the cycle. I use something from the wash to absorb it before loading into the dryer. It's a small amount but I leave my door open when I'm done to allow the entire washer to dry out so there is no smell or mildew problems.

If you missed something to put in washer it is very easy to put additional throw the small Windows.

I love being able to put clothes in after you start the washer and the slbeing able to put my king size comfortable

I like it that it's big enough to wash my king size comforter.i especially like a small slot to drop in laundry while during washing process.

We can now do half as many loads as before. Capacity is huge. Takes much less time then our old washer. And my loves the color bonus

I have heard negative things about Samsung front-loaders but really liked the look of this washer and dryer set so decided to give it a try. I love the number of settings and how well they each work-- including the deep steam! I was a little frustrated that you can only use the small front door to add in items AFTER you pause the cycle and wait a few seconds. It's still handy but not much different than what you would do for a top-loader. I've also had issues with water standing in the front rubber seal of the door-- I spoke with BestBuy, Samsung directly, and had 2 Samsung referred companies come out to look and they say nothing is wrong with the product, but to leave all doors open and let the machine air dry. So I have been doing that without good results-- basically I have to wipe dry the door/seal after each use to prevent molding. I have heard that this is an issue for most front-loaders but definitely not convenient!

This is amazing. easy to use and easy to load. Didn't take as long as it used to with my other washer. Everything I hoped it would be.

Quiet unit makes quick work steam feature is nice. Only thing that is a bummer the smart home feature is sold separate

Great washer, had a Samsung 4.5 cu ft washer before for 7 years and like the extra size and features that this one has to offer.
