Quick wash is nice considering other options take 45+ min, and being able to add clothes after starting cycle is wonderful. This is my 1st front loader & it is by far the BEST washer I've ever had. The only reason I gave this a 4 is because water hangs out on the rubbery rim part. It's not a big deal...either wipe it after each wash cycle or leave the door slightly open & let it air dry.

Drips water like crazy from the door ...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.never did realize that mounted onto the rubber gasket.. causes tons of water to collect onto the rubber.. and wets the entire floor with dribbles once the door swings open.. anyone else encountered this issue? It's still new, i really dont know if i can tolerate this situation in the long run.. cycles extend double the time it supposedly should run for. that's major issue #2

Doing a little more research on line this is a reoccurring problem. The second one we bought at the same time for the next door unit has a different drum doesn't have these problems. From day one the Samsung was cleaned much better and is still gentle on the clothes. It's a little more but well worth it. Haven't tried the wifi yet so can't common this feature.
