Nothing should have gone wrong. Did find that all the app / network stuff requires an additional $25 dongle. After reading thought it seems to not be worth it, everyone seems to have trouble with it so keep this in mind if your into smart home, on network kind of life.

Constantly has a moldy smell, or won’t drain, or any other number of issues. It’s the least reliable washing machine I’ve ever owned. Geek Squad has been great about coming out but they can’t make the machine a better one. And based on this experience I’m not sure I’d ever buy a front loader again, and it goes without saying that I am not going to be an ongoing Samsung customer. I’ve had to return the Samsung refrigerator as well.
