The "add-wash" feature did not cause us to buy this washer, but it does seem to be a nice "frill". We purchased it because of it's large capacity (5 cu.ft. capacity) and that it still fits in under our overhead cabinets in the laundry room. It is also nice that it was the same width (27") and height as our previous washer which was an entire cu. ft. SMALLER (4 cu.ft.)!!! We like the operation and it is quieter than our 10-year old LG washer.

Easy to load and quiet to use. Several other washers out there, but this one has the best usable features.

I am very pleased with this machine so far. It holds a king size comforter and still has room for more.

Cycles are very quite. Love the access door that allows you to add to a load that has already started.

I was very skeptical about purchasing a Samsung washing machine after hearing all the negative posts on other sites. My last machine failed after 14 years of faithful service so I was a bit apprehensive. This machine is amazing and I am so glad I made this purchase. I would highly recommend this washing machine. There are many options for different cycles and clothes come out very clean. Totally happy with the purchase from Best Buy.

Great washer. Makes almost no noise. And haven’t had any issues with it.

I had the earlier version of the same washer. The wash cycle was 1hr. 40 minutes. This one it is 42 0r 49 minutes. and the clothes come out much drier. They actual wash quicker than the drier can dry! Incredible ! the clothes are as clean some cycles even cleaner. The little door is handy for when I sanitize and use the Oxy clean powder. I don't spill the powder now and it gets in!. YOU MUST GIVE YOUR WIFE THIS WASHER ! :)

This washer packs an assortment of features. Bottom line this unit rocks!

The foaming wash is really cool. The only drawback is the addwash requires the washer to pause.

Clothes are clean. But that is what a washer is supposed to do. Some cycles take to long.

Nice features, holds large loads including oversized king size comforter easily

The washer is so quiet. Sometimes I have to walk up to see if the panel is lite.

The thing I like most about the dryer is when you have small a small load it stops when all the clothes are dry. If you want the clothes to get warmer you can add extra time, but the default settings do not over dry the clothes! The settings are easy to follow, you should probably always read your instruction manuals but you can get by easily without as the operation is very logical and intuitive.

I've used this twice so far and feels good. Haven't been able to use all the cycles but it is quite and works well. Wish there was a way to determine how well all the advertised features actually work in terms of better wash, lower electricity use. Like the feature where you can use your cell phone to start the machine but that requires an additional attachment which I haven't purchased yet.
