Freaking AWESOME

We read negative reviews on the add wash door, but so far no issues. It's a bit larger capacity than the Duet, washes BEAUTIFULLY, I'm using even less detergent than before, and that wasn't much. Boyfriend gets grubby due to being truck mechanic, but this washer does a great job getting out grunge, even though stains are permanent.

Upon delivery the pedestal was crushed so we had to have another delivery setup. The washing machine didn't last a week before it started having a burning smell and started shaking and walking across the laundry room. Had a replacement sent out of the same washer. Best Buy replaced the pedestal and the washing machine. The new pedestal showed up with broken clips so they had to take the clips off the original and put on the new one. The 2nd washing machine started doing the same thing after only 7 loads of laundry. So we sent it back and replaced it with a top loader and months later its still doing fine. Bottom line is 2 washers and pedestals with something wrong with all 4.
