This is a great front load washer. My wife loves it.

Bought the floor sample so has a few dings and scratches here and there but washer works fine so far. It's a little noisier than I expected based on other reviews but it is on a pedestal. Installer said the noise is a common complaint.

In order to use the Smart Things, you'll need the Samsung universal smart home adapter HD2018GH. With this you'll be to monitor your washer and control some thing. other then that, really nice washer.

Washer is nice to look at, does a good job at washing clothes, have not really used the addwash feature, but its convenient to have. Can be controlled with your smartphone. What i dont like about it: the clothes are still slighly dripping water when you have it in normal wash cycle.

This was our first time not to buy Maytag -- our older Maytag broke. I went to BestBuy website, and I was impressed with the Samsung washing machine. It’s quiet but the rinse cycle does shake the house. I like the lighted tub. So far it’s working as advertised. I will try to update this review after a while.

I was using the Add-wash door from the very first load so I think it's convenient do not have to open the large store for one item. I've been leaving the door open to dry after finishing laundry day -no scent. Very pleased, and as always BestBuy's delivery service is excellent. Looks bada$$. Thank you.

This is a very high quality washer at a reasonable price. Excellent value. Installation provided by Best Buy's contractor was, however, a nightmare. Best Buy needs to do a better job with quality control on contractors. Don't allow the irresponsible contractors to tarnish your name: Best Buy.

Power foam does get dirty clothes cleaner than the conventional machine However a machine this expensive should allow you to adjust the completed cycle signal. The rubber seal on door collects more water than previous model

We bought this machine to be able to wash bed linen and king size comforter. This machine has changed our laundry routine. We are down less than a load a day because we can get so much into every load. Plus all the settings make washing delicates and such a breeze.

If you are trying to figure out between top and front loading, after a few years with both, I can say this is the best washer we had in a long time. And the access port while the cycle already started is a big plus.

Excellent washer. Multiple settings provide the ability to customize your wash cycle. The Powerfoam technology seems to make a real difference in how well the clothes are cleaned. Very pleased with my purchase. Highly recommend.

I was a little worried about this purchase with some of the complaints regarding the door leaking. I haven't had any issues and it works great. I love that it remembers how I change the settings for normal wash so that I do not have to change them every time.
