Had this for a couple years now. Does a great job and so far no issues. Easy to use and can take quite a bit of laundry at one time.

Washes great, highly efficient with water and soap. Just keep in mind that if you overfill, extend the spin cycle as the clothes could come out a little wet. Keep the door open when not in use to dry out any water droplets on the door gasket so as not to get mold.

Had the top loader but changed out for the front loader after the Samsung exploding washer recall. Glad I changed. New washer washes faster, uses less water and cleaner. Notice before with top loader darks showed lint on it coming out of washer but not with the front loader

Large capacity fits even my king-sized down comforter. The extra spin cycle leaves clothes so dry, my dryer is getting lonely. With my previous washer, I used only a couple cycle choices, not knowing how to determine which to use. This machine makes choosing cycles easy.

Although it is a little intimidating when you look at it and the manual is very thick, it really is easy to use and does and great job. I've not figured out how to do all the fancy stuff and haven't needed it yet, I'm very satisfied with how well it does all the basics.

This is my second front loading washer. My first was a Whirlpool that lasted 10 years. I decided on the Samsung becasue of the foam cleaning. It is the only machine I could find that turned your detergent into foam. Clothes clean really well in this washer. I do not have any vibration or noise issues as posted in other reviews. The washer has a slight shake when the spin is starting but nothing extreme or abnormal. The only reason I gave it four stars is you have to by the wifi dongle separate if you want to monitor on your hone. I don't understand why this is not built in especially for one of their top models. The door does hold a bit of water near the seal but so did my Whirlpool. It does dry quickly if you leave the door open. I find the criticisms of the second door locking unjust. Yes you have to hit pause to add items and I suppose you can open the large door but it will be much more messier than just opening the small door. It serves it's purpose. My guess is they do not want you to be able to put your hand into a running machine. I find it smart for safety and you know people do stupid things. I like the steam feature as well. There are many ways to customize your wash. I can't find anything wrong with it. The only thing I would have liked to see is a spin only cycle. I used it one or twice in the past and this machine does not have this feature. Everything else about this machine is perfect.

Washer is very quiet, and efficient. We washed two comforters that our dry cleaner could not get fully clean and they both came out spotless and like new from this washer!! Highly recommend.

I cannot express how much I love this machine. This is truly one of the BEST purchases I have ever made. This machine is very quiet and it thoroughly washes my clothes clean. I have no had any issues with using this machine.

This washer does well with large and small loads. There is a weight sensor that signals your load size. Very quiet and cleans thoroughly.

My previous washer was a high efficiency top loader and I had to pre-treat even the slightest dirty spots. My clothes finally get clean without my intervention! It is also quieter than my previous washer. Not sure if it is actually quiet because the old one is the only thing I have to compare it to, but it seems to be. My only complaint is that it has had an odd smell that has gotten better, but it has not completely gone away. I tried using the Refresh tablets - didn't seem to help much.

Love this washer. I can now put my Cal King comforter to wash without fearing that it will kill the motor like my old top load washer and it fits without having to really compress it in there. It is also water efficient and love the steam and sanitize features as it gets rid of oders and germs like for pet or children accidents. No issue with mildew or oder. We always leave door open to dry out drum for a day. Also nice feature but really not a must have is the front little door. Used it many times but could have also opened the main door. Glad we went with the bigger size.

Upgraded from the 4.5 cu azure blue Samsung washer. This one holds a lot. My first washer is defective however the recirculator part of the wash/rinse has a rattle from the pump. Getting a new unit to replace it. Washer has very good washing performance and is quiet otherwise. Be careful to not add too much soap though, the 'sud' cycle takes forever to complete. Deducted one star since first unit is defective but BB is great about letting me get a new one.

This is an amazing washing machine. I was unsure about getting another front-loader as I have had problems w mold in the bladder-seal on another brand (much older unit). This unit is easy to dry the seal. Has enough settings that I can personalize what I want done. The small add-a-piece door has come in useful for errant socks & other items that are always forgotten. We are very pleased to have purchased this specific washer!

Very quiet - washes well. Lots of options - easy to use - The feature for delay is excellent.

Our 1st generation Samsung washer died, so we bought another. The tub is much bigger & with years of improvements, we think it does a better job. It is quiet & the clothes smell good & any spots seem to be gone. The Pedestal is a must, otherwise you are on the ground putting wash in the dryer. If you have a previous pedestal, still buy a new one. If the old one does not fit, they can put it on, otherwise a 2nd trip & possible delivery charges.

After having 3 LG washing machines in 10 years to die on me, I wanted to try a different brand. Switch to this Sansung 5.0 and was in heaven, it performs on a commercial level and does what it says. It's very quite and my family clothes come out completely clean and fresh. I'm so impressed and will purchase the matching dryer soon! These machines are always on back order and that alone should be a good indication that you should purchase one!!

great machine. washes lots if clothes at one time. really a fairly quiet machine.

Black stainless is a beautiful color. Door design with add an item slot is a great idea. Huge 5.0 cubic ft capacity significantly reduces laundry time - can do 1 load of towels vs 3 loads with old washer. Clothes are cleaned well and smell great. A little more vibration and noise than expected but overall great washer.

Best washer upgrade ever! Love the super speed wash in a half hour and the add wash option that I can still add items in even after I started the load

Love the size, quiet, runs great, looks great. Can wash extra large loads!
