I love this machine. We have it on the drawer pedestal for easy loading. After. A load, I wipe dry the unit that is for adding laundry after running a load and the inside of the rubber gasket on the front of the door opening. Trying to prevent mold and mildew build up.

I had some problems wit my old washing machine so we decided to buy a new one and we don't regret it. It is very easy to use with some many options to choose from. Cleans the clothes and we can easily wash a king size comforter. My wife loves it and it has great "add wash" feature.

My washer of 8 years took a dump on me so I decided to spend good money and buy a washer. This is a super nice washer and you can buy a little extra stick for $25 so you can control it from your phone. I love samsung products and would recommend!

We purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer. Although I have no complaints about the washer. We got two dryers and they were both lemons. The second one we received needed a new motor and it was brand new out of the box. We went with LG instead and have no complaints.

When I was washing a small rug The washing machine became unbalanced and stopped. I did not need to re-wash, but I could not figure out how to only rinse and spin. Otherwise it has been fine and it is a very nice looking washing machine.

Everything about the washer is great except the end of wash chime. A simple chime would be fine but instead there is a third verse. I wish I was joking. It goes on for ever just wish there was an option between off and complete song

Very efficient, quiet and pre-built cyclis. It has a shorter run time than my old machine. I love the steam feature and all the settings to get just the right wash for each garment. The tub light and add a garment features are very useful.

It performs well, looks good, is easy to use and has a massive 5-cubic-foot capacity. It seems to perform much better than my previous top loader. It washes very well even on the quick cycle. The add wash door is ok but not a significant addition. It is very quiet.

We have only had the washer for two weeks. So far everything is working good. I read the reviews and read consumer reports. Consumer Report did not have exact model match but had good reports on similar models.

WOW. Why hasn't anyone else thought of having a small door on a front load washer before? The small door helps throw in a forgotten item mid-cycle. If you read online, front-load washers are WAY better than top-load washers. So now there is no reason why not to buy it.

I researched a lot of front loaders to replace the old Samsung that I had and loved. I had hoped this one would be equally as good. Unfortunately I don’t think it is. First it’s extremely loud. Second it vibrates so much I can’t keep anything on top of it. And third, despite all the reading I did on both Best Buy and Samsung websites, no where do they tell you that to make it Wi-Fi enabled, you must order a separate $100 part from Samsung. I won’t even mention the horror of installation.

I was doubtful about spending $1,000 for a washer, but my wife really wanted it. Result: It's a high-end product worth the money. Makes all the clothings clean without making much noise and vibration. Inside the tube lighting helps a lot.

I cannot say enough about this washer. No more do I have to wait for water to drain if I forgot an item; I simply open the additional door and pop it in. Plus this is a big drum so I can wash my comforters. No going to the dry cleaners anymore.

We have a family of 6 and this is the best purchase ever. We love our new washer! We have always gone with Samsung as our preferred brand and have never been disappointed.

I reviewed all 2016 washers and this was the winner to us. Innovation and build quality are top notch. I would recommend getting the matching pedestal as well. Purchased during Memorial Day sale which more than made up for the price of the pedestal.

We recently moved into a smaller home where there is really no room for a conventional washer/dryer setup but we also needed more than the small stacking all in on unit, this fit the bill perfect and so far has been the ideal setup!!!!!

I GOT THIS A WEEK AGO. I'M HAPPY WITH THE CAPACITY FOR LARGER LOADS. I ALSO LIKE THE OPTION TO WASH ITEMS QUICKLY. SO FAR DOES A GOOD JOB OF GETTING MY LAUNDRY CLEAN. I HAVE USED THE ADD AN ITEM , I ALWAYS SEEM TO FIND AN EXTRA DIRTY SOCK ETC.

We've only been using this for a month but, so far so good. It washes clothing with about a thimble of HE detergent. The steam feature is great. The spin cycle practically dries the clothes too. I'll update with any problems.

Great Washer, cleans clothes much better than the previous one that was recalled. Overall very satisfied with this washer, yes but i gotta agree, the extra door is really a gimmick, other than that the washing quality is great.
