Love the washer but not worh to buy the the there app stick or smart home future so you can run it from anywhere hard to set up and doesn't work

I absolutely love this washing machine. I washed my king size comforter and blankets in the lower washer & the sheets & pillowcases in the top washer. So my whole king size bedding got washed at the same time. The size is enormous.

I love the add wash door on this washer , as a mom of 4 it’s amazing how many items need to quickly add to the wash after it’s been started. My only complaint was I wanted this machine in red.

This was my very first brand new washer, living in apartments I’ve only used coin operated washer and dryers. I love this so much has so many setting that I use. I’ve had no issues with this.

I used the machine for two weeks and loved the performance but did not like the fact that a small puddle of water remained after each load at the bottom of the rubber-rimmed circle. I don't mind wiping water drops but this amount was enough to worry me what I couldn't see to wipe would lead to mold build up. I did have the machine serviced and then replaced with another new one but same problem existed. This is my third front loader so I know this is not acceptable for me.

Excellent appliance, not regrets. It plays a music when the load is ready, you can set the cycle you use once and use a memory button

Was looking at a top loader but decided on the front loader. I had a Samsung top loader and it died under warranty and Samsung did a full refund. We purchased this one from Samsung and it is a great washer.

Great washer with the new insert to add those pieces of clothing that we all sometimes forget to add in the wash (before it locks us out). Downside to the added small door is that it is sometimes difficult to push open.

had it for a while now and it runs really well and gets the job done. Plus it isnt noisy like the old one i had before finaly upgrading to this one

We had a Samsung previously only last a few years due to manufacturer defect. This is a step up and also is a front loader as opposed to a top loader. Has some additional and different cycles but so far so good!

Had an old Maytag washer and dryer for 15 years. Finally could not get parts to repair so looked for a few weeks and came to the conclusion that these new units were the best available.

Awesone washing machine that has the steam function to remove stains. The cleaning function that deodorizers the wash tub is useful and no longer need to buy products to clean the wash tub.

I really love the Samsung washer. But if you are buying because of the WiFi feature, beat look at another brand. I hate that I physically have to press a button on the washer to be able to control with my phone. Plus the App doesn’t work well at all with my iPhone. Maybe if you have a Samsung phone it will be best. But as far as iPhone goes, forget it. Over all a great washer. It definitely does it’s job.

Washer works as advertised, love the quick wash feature and the time it estimates the clothes to complete is spot on accurate. Also adding the wifi to these smart washers waiting on adapters to come in

I have been trying different settings and features and all have worked great. The only feature that is questionable is the finish tune that sounds needs to be louder.

We have had this washer for over a month. We like it. It cleans the clothes well. I love the self-cleaning program. We have not had mildew issues as of this time. I love the add wash door.

I purchased this washer as a replacement for a recalled Samsung top load. The only drawback I can find is how low the drum is. Of course, this would not be a problem if I had chose to buy a pedestal.

Let me just start by saying I was really excited by these products. I loved the design and the way it looked in my laundry room. Unfortunately, this product was faulty from the beginning. The water was not draining properly and service tech said it was a faulty something or other. Had to return this puppy. My wife started reasearching and saw several complaints so we opted for another line completely to avoid any other issues.
