Many cycle options. One surprise was the expense of the door replacement (because of the "trap door") which prompted us to get a 5 year warranty on the washer after delivery to reduce any concerns.

I like it when it comes to standard washer operation, it washes decent, but Samsung has a poor service, they never pick up the call for any issues. It's suppose to be smart wifi connected but it doesn't connect, we're still struggling to connect to our Smart Phone, although I'm quite tech person myself. I surely wouldn't recommend any one to buy Samsung just because it claims is smart device.

Love how easy it is to operate, looks really good, easy to load/unload on the pedestal, love the energy efficient cycle & you can add clothes you forgot/dropped without messing up the cycle.

This is a nice washer with a lot of options. Only thing they missing in this a dongle they should have provide to control this from smart phone as this dryer have port to plug that.

I have never had a washer get my cloths so clean, even my boyfriends cloths are super clean and he is a mechanic so they get covered in grease and that is hard to wash out

Beautiful washer. Looks great on our first floor. Only down fall is when you go to clean the filter their is quite a bit of water that drains

It is a great product except when its reaching the final cycle of washing stage. It makes loud noise and occasionally shakes.

My wife and I purchased this washer for our first home. It is great, and the little musical jingles it makes are entertaining. Our clothes wash quickly, and they come out extremely clean.

After taking out all my clothes still water spots inside. Try to spin only to get rid of the water,but there is no that function

Love it. So far so good. I feel like it takes longer to was, but I think I need to read the booklet to make sure my settings are correct.

Machine is very good in general. My laundry is in the second floor and this unit vibrate in Spin mode. That is the only thing I do not like so much.

Smart machine! This was the best choice Ive ever made for appliance. This washer basically judge the length and amount of detergent with sensor! Less chemical and faster cycle.

Seems to work great but make sure the installer levels it or you will have problems with the spin cycle and rearranging the item inside does not help.

This is my first front load washer. Clothes are clean. You can add forgotten items to the wash with extra add wash door. Nice feature. Steam cycles for extra cleaning.

had my old washer since forever! finally bought a new one less than a month ago!! so, this samsung washer has been great! too early to say anything else.

Recently upgraded from a top loading 7000 series to this front loader and it's quite a bit faster in the washing process, very minimal vibration...overall a very nice washer

Great product. Love all the options so you are able to control washing time etc. The “add” door has gotten frequent use. We are happy we went with this model.

Great washer! Lil bit pricey but we got our on black Friday, so for what we paid for it was a steal. Dont forget to buy your hoses
