Unlike the top loading Samsung, the front loading can handle bed spreads. It runs with minimal noise and I love being able to add more clothes while it is running,

The washer performs very well and has a very large drum for big loads/items. Lots of cycle an water options and able to add clothes easily during cycle.

Overall it cleans well. Very noisy though. Disappointing that they want to charge for the WiFi dongle.

I love how interconnects to my phone and I can start my load of wash from my cell phone. It has literally dozens of settings for washing things it is amazing

I love all the options that this wash has. The add a wash feature is great if you forget to throw something in. The black stainless steel color is very sharp.

We are still working out the quantity of soap as some loads don't smell freshly washed and other loads still have suds and traces of soap residue in door edge.

We purchased this new washer when our old Bosch rusted out. 8 months in and my wife loves it! Great for families with kids who make messes!

We used to have odors in our laundry but not any more. The capacity is great too. Couldn't fit king comforter in the Whirlpool machines we used to own.

This dryer is the bob? O love all of the choices and that fact you can also choose your specific dry time. Everything is fluffy and clean.

Heavy duty and expect it last a long time. Many options and great to have that small door to quickly add items.

I am very satisfied with my Samsung clothes dryer. It does a great job of drying and doesn't take forever to dry. Lint trap is very easy to clean

I primarily got this dryer to replace a dryer that didn't fit in the space that I needed. The clothes come out clean. There have been no problems so far.
