    I only returned the washer because the dryer had issues. he only issue I had was the quality of the product not the functionality of it. But for $999 I expect the materials to be of better quality. It was banged up when it was delivered. The frame on the new designs are not very sturdy. If it was better qulaity I would buy in the future.

    This machine was fine until it quit working. So far Geek Squad has replaced four different parts. I got three loads washed, and it quit working again.

    Best Buy and Samsung had a little dispute about who should fix the door leak on the three week old washer. It was resolved but I was very unhappy. Samsung made it right but on occasion I get a small leak from the access door.
