It smells like mold inside the washer and the worse part is that your clothes get the same smell no matter how many times you wash the clothes/washer!

Stopped working in year 5. I'm never buying Samsung appliances again. Samsung suggested replacing the main control board. $200 part. That didn't work so Samsung suggested replacing the stator. $180 part. That did not work. A professional repairman told me to give up and cut my losses. Did I mention the control board was 4 weeks back-ordered from all sellers in the US? We have a family Samsung! Need to manage your QC and supply chain.

I've had this machine for less than 2 years, and I'm waiting for the 4th repair on it. Especially disappointed because it got a good review in Consumer Reports. Don't buy a Samsung washer.

These arrived scratched and damaged, Best Buy immediately sent a replacement set. Be warned that the wifi option will not work with out the Smart Home Adapter which is no longer manufactured and you can only buy from amazon or eBay for a hefty fee. The "ADD WASH" feature is very misleading. You still have to stop the machine and pause it to open the add wash door contrary to what they advertise on TV and ads. Buyer beware on these machines! I returned and went back to LG! I would pass these machines right by and move on to something else. Samsung may be great at electronics, they stick at appliances!

I purchased these a year ago and have been through 3, finally switched out my 3rd set for an LG, great machine while it works but mine broke every three months leaving me without laundry for weeks at a time while waiting for Geek Squad to come out. End result now I have an LG wash machine and Samsung dryer that still works for now. Completely disappointed that now I have an unmatched set that I intended to have match a year ago, sometimes I guess buying the best doesn't work the best.

No matter what cycle I pick, when the machine tries to go from rinse to spin, it powers off, then back on and then restarts at the beginning of the cycle. Repairman determined that the computer is broken after 3 years of usage and the part has been discontinued.

It was great for almost 3 years…now worthless, cost more to repair than replace. NOT the quality I expected from Samsung!

I hate my purchase! I spent too much money for noise. I will never by Samsung appliances again. Stay away from this product. I'm disappointed and disgusted over $1k, down the trash.
