We've had this washer for about 4 weeks now. It took a little while to get used to the idea of a front loader, but that seems to be the way the industry is going. I still like the top load better for convenience. However, in terms of cleaning performance this machine cannot be beat. It is well worth upgrading from the model one step down. Love the sanitize feature for bedding, towels and kitchen towels - they come out clean and fresh, and it's nice to know all the gross stuff that lives in these fabrics is out. Does a great job on the quick wash as well and has the clothes nice and clean. So quite we can't hear it running behind the closed door.

We had a couple of instances where the water leaked from the machine and this was during the first week of purchase. Called up Geek Squad and had a technician come out to check and they readily agreed to replace it with a new machine. Fingers crossed on the new one !!

I love my Samsung washing machine have a lot of space in the inside beautiful in the outside and works great i’m thinking getting the dryer too

After almost 10 years of use, our old washing machine decided to go out. We tried to repair it but they do not the parts for it. We were forced to buy a new washing machine. We did much research into washing machines and we settled on the "Samsung - 5.0 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Addwash High-Efficiency Front-Loading Washer with Steam - Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel." We like its features and ease of use. Also it has a self cleaning feature which we like very much. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and we recommend this washing machine to you!!

Originally was skeptical about a front load washer but I couldn't be more happy with this washer. Super quiet and efficient, gets my clothes cleaner too.

This washer is perfect for a big family. Offers a variety of options for different types of loads and very low sound while it runs. Easy to operate even my toddler can start it, ;)

Does everything it is supposed to do. Plenty of steam cleaning options that are great for bedding and kids clothes. Much quieter than my previous Samsung washer. Love the 5 cu ft

This machine has a nice look and tons of features that are flexible. The little door that lets you add items without issues with water spilling etc. is a nice extra.

This machine has plenty of settings to adjust to the needs of the material, size of the load and it is silent. This machine has had no problems getting the laundry clean.

Works well for everything from my husband's work uniforms to baby clothes. Large capacity allows for fewer washes in the never-ending laundry battle. Love the add wash feature.

We got it cheap at a Best Buy Outlet. Has a small dent on the side. Works quickly and mostly quietly. Cleans our clothes extraordinarily well.

So far overall I am happy with the capacity my new washing machine and the cleaning power. My husband's dirty, oily laundry from working on auto work for fun come out very clean without needing to pretreat. Small concern at this point that the door does not latch tight and therefore will not start a load unless I am sure to push the door in when it is trying to lock. Also, had ordered the smart stick for remote use but were notified of them being on back order a few times. After a few months I decided it wasn't really worth it and cancelled the order for the smart sticks.

It looks complicated with all the setting available, but its not. Its really easy to use and my clothes seem so much cleaner than they ever did with my old washer.

This is an incredible machine. From infant clothing covered in who knows what to my teenagers....well same situation, it will get anything clean.

I like the machine my only disappointment is that you cannot open the mini door while the machine is running.You have to stop the machine then you can open the mini door instead of the main door.In retrospect I guest this makes sense for safety

This washing machine worth the money. It is very good on all cycles. The capacity is good, even for a family of 5.

The unit has performed very well since Best Buy delivered and installed it. Quiet and efficient, it is a workhorse of an appliance, and we love it!

So far so good. No issues with installation or figuring out how it works. Fairly quiet. Only had about a week and a half. No issues at this point.

This machine was bought as a replacement of an older LG machine that finally gave up on us. This machine is much bigger internally and much more silent.

It's one of the best washers we have owned. We first purchased the flex washer and dryer, but the drainage hose didn't fit in the drainage pipe in our house and it was too tall. Oops! This set has a bigger drum and was cheaper. LOVE IT!
