Nothing should have gone wrong. Did find that all the app / network stuff requires an additional $25 dongle. After reading thought it seems to not be worth it, everyone seems to have trouble with it so keep this in mind if your into smart home, on network kind of life.

We purchased it because of it's large capacity (5 cu.ft. capacity) and that it still fits in under our overhead cabinets in the laundry room. It is also nice that it was the same width (27") and height as our previous washer which was an entire cu. ft. SMALLER (4 cu.ft.)!!! We like the operation and it is quieter than our 10-year old LG washer.
