Buy Warranty This rpoduct broke 6 month after I bought. 3 years later borke the dishwasher also Samsung, 3 years latert broke dryer!

The pouch comes in handy many times for me.the finishing sound is great.

This was a great second washer. Suddenly spinout was VERY loud like an airplane! Rear drum/bearing assembly bad. This is common based on other reviews but customer service denies. $400 for the rear half and possibly another $400 if fused to the front half of the tub and cant separate. Complete tub replacement! Have to break down to the frame and completely GUT the unit to repair. Even IF repair it--will happen again if using same subpar parts. MAJOR, MAJOR issue for such a new appliance. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very disappointed.

Got this after my other Samsung washer got recalled. Samsung will not reimburse for hoses which is required for installation. They told me that they would when I called them before the purchase but then told me that I had been "Misinformed" check the Internet they have told lots of people that... They also refused to pay the tax so I ended up paying tax on two washers. Kinda shady if you ask me. Either way I figured that I'd warn others of the way they treated customers. LG products for me from here on out. Best Buy was great though. You might want to have best buy ring up an install charge and "include the hoses for free" if you're part of the recall. It appears Samsung will reimburse that.

Not only is the machine noisey BUT it takes more than 2 hours in the "sanitary" cycle. I had an 8 year old LG and it didn't take as long AND wasn't as noisey. I wish I had gotten the LG.

The washer description says it is app controled, but when installing I noticed that it apparently needed a not included dongle... Paid over $1000 for a washer for it not to have a dongle that I can't find anywhere online.

Imagine my surprise and disbelief to have a washing machine fail less than a month after purchase. It will not complete a cycle, thus leaving the clothing dripping wet. I completed all of the troubleshooting recommendations and it still will not complete a cycle (not even a simple "rinse & spine"). Now I have to wait 24-48 hours before I get the call to set up a service appointment. FYI - I called Samsung, not Best Buy, due to the short amount of time I have had the washer in my possession. In my opinion, this is not a Best Buy issue. I firmly believe it to be a manufacturer issue (i.e. Samsung). I will update after the service call.

Washer broken after 3 years. Motion sensor and rear bearings went bad.

It damaged a lot of our t shirts in the same pattern at the same location in the Front lower part of the t shirts. Samsung did not do anything, stated that no thing wrong with the washing. We are very disappointed and unhappy about this product. Poor quality for the expensive item. My mistake to buy it, will never buy Samsung product again.

The salesperson convinced us to buy a front loading machine, as they had changed. No they haven't. It stays VERY wet after I remove the clothes and I have to leave the washer open to get it to dry out. Sigh...

Washer worked fine fire few years, but by end of 2020 only the normal cycle in washer is working and the rest of the options stopped working.

I should have known better than to replace a washing machine that destroyed itself in 2 years with one by the same company. This one isn’t that bad, but had serious balance issues, suds issues, and no longer cleans properly within the 2nd year. Too expensive to repair all of the problems. I could say it was me, but my mother had the same problems with hers in the same time frame.

I bought an Open Box product at a GREAT price. Unfortunately my machine never worked. :( I had purchased the protection plan, and Geek Squad did everything they could to fix this washer. It looked like a super cool unit- I'm disappointed that I never got to try it out, but my customer service experience was awesome! I have a brand new Maytag now, and I'm very happy with it! Bummer, because I love Samsung. I must have gotten a dud.

This broke down more than it ever worked. Stay away from this machine

HORRIBLE PURCHASE! Breaks before 2 yrs & super expensive repairs. So far I've paid $635 parts & labor and it's still not fixed. Now they say it will be another $225 and they don't guarantee that that will do it. It cost me $1300 less than 2 yrs ago. I am so upset! I wish I had never bought it. The repair man said Samsung appliances break down often. Samsung NEVER AGAIN.

This washer is as good as the matching dryer. It is loud and doesn't wash the clothes very well.

The spin makes the worst noises and pounds the side of the washer shell. At times it does not get half the water out of the clothes. I have never had a washer start to give out like this. Sounds like it is not an uncommon problem with this Samsung washer

Do not recommend. Purchased in April 2017. Had it fixed this spring. Samsung parts are very hard to get and there was a delay and getting this done. A few months later and now the spin cycle is not working properly. Just placed an order for a GE. Getting rid of this Samsung.
