Avoid this washer. We purchased this brand new. In less than 6 months, the ballbearing broke, making our washer sound like a helicopter. Luckily, we had total protection, Best Buy replaced with a new one. Only 16 months later, this one also broke due to the same issue. I am keeping our fingers crossed that Best Buy will replace this one for us. I dred having it replaced again with the same model.

Over all good experience so far. The previous model we ordered didn’t come good so we had to change to this model which is kind of an upgrade that the Best Buy team did since the model we ordered was on back order.

I HAVE HAD SERVICE ON THIS ITEM OVER 7 TIMES AND THERE HAS BEEN NO URGENCY TO GET THIS FIXED. THIS HAS BEEN INOPERABLE TO WORK FROM ONE PANEL. THIS WILL BE THE THIRD TIME I HAVE TO REPLACE THIS PRODUCT WITHIN A MONTHS TIME. THE FIRST ONE KEPT TRIPPING MY BREAKER. I EVEN HAD A NO SHOW ON SERVICE WORK.

It's been working great so far. I like that it tells you how often it needs to be run through a clean cycle (and that it has a cleaning cycle).

Love this machine. The ability to use my phone to control what setting I'm using, see the progress and get remind when it's finished is amazing.

This washer is so great! It has many different setting options. You can also pair it to your mobile device. It works very well in a smart home.

This Samsung washing machine sounds like a jet taking off very loud I can hear it way upstairs can’t do laundry at night or when my grandson is taking a nap it scares him out of his sleep. My old machine was much better I regret getting new ones

Great value on a front loader washer. This unit even has an app where you can get alerts to when the laundry is done.

I’m so in love with this washer machine. My 2017 version broke and I was able to get this one at the outlet for 500.00

There was an issue with the dryer that we realized after the techs had installed it. Samsung support was very helpful and got someone out to fix the problem within a few days. The washing machine is beautiful. It seems quite large for a front loading machine. It has multiple wash settings though I have only used the normal setting so far. The clothes all come out very clean. The machine is the extremely quiet when it runs. The dryer is almost identical to the washer and is also very quiet. It drys the clothes perfectly. Both the wash and dryer are compatible with Samsung smart hub. I use this feature, which gives me the ability to control some of the washer and dryer features from my phone. The best part of this is that it alerts my phone and Samsung smart watch when the load is complete. This comes in handy more than I would have thought as I often forget I'm doing wash, especially when the machine is so quiet. This feature works through the internet so these alerts come through even when I am away from the house. I would definitely recommend both the washer and the dryer to anyone but particularly those who are interest in smart home technology. So far, I am 100% satisfied with these products!

I bought this from beat buy but I returned it the next day, when I opened it (sealed and packaged) it had 6 dirty rags with black grease on them , also the washer didn’t wash properly , I’m sure it was a defect from Samsung but I wouldn’t buy this again.

Very good looking product. Works equally well. Wifi enabled so you can get things done from your phone and aldo get notifications

Although I changed color so mine was Ivory one but this product is amazing. Has lots of good functions and differeny modes.

Remember to remove the shipping bolts so the washer dont move around like crazy hahahah

Horrible !!!! Delayed delivery on a error on their end. I had to call multiple time to get this corrected! To then find a they left the new washer glass dirty with sticker that could remove! And they never replaced my gas line I purchased!
