Paired with Smart Things and Alexa... The prime features are the al optiwash and the Auto Detergent and Softener compartment.. Not always having to fill up is a godsend for me. Lets you know when its low. Cleans very good.

Not at all thrilled with the dialabe settings. When you first turn on, which takes way to long of a press of the button, it says optimizing AI and you have to wait a couple of seconds before you can turn for the settings. Then it rearranges the order based on your usage. With two or three different people in the house washing you never know where your setting is. I wish we had chosen the model that has buttons for all the different settings vs the dial. It takes way to long to get the settings right and there is this awful long ring tone at the end that can't be changed. With all the settings today and the wifi integration seems like you could set your on end tone.

completion and the power-off beep does not sound. However, the other sounds stay active.

We are so glad with our purchase. You do have to really read the instructions to figure out the blue tooth capabilities.

It's quick and the auto soap dispenser is quite nice. never again having to guestimate if there is enough soap for the wash is the best thing ever.

The finish is so nice, it does not look like your basic typical washer and has so many tech features. Got this for my brand new house so I can now excited to do the laundry. Even getting my husband to do it too. Haha! And thats hard!!

More than difficult trying to get mine replaced, (via 5 year extended warranty) . It took almost a month! The delivery/installer guys were great They made up for all the hassle from customer service!

I love the size, color and washing options. You have to operate it a few times in order to familiarize the use of options. I would recommend as a purchase.

Thank god the washer is still under warranty but it has given me mistrust in the quality of the product. The repair is very unusual with multiple bolts sheared off and I'm just hoping its a one-off defect. However, great technician and customer service and the washer was working amazingly pior to this.
