We are very pleased with the performance of this machine so far. Admittedly, we haven’t owned it long. Our previous Samsung washer gave out after about 7 years and the cost for repair was more than the cost for a new one. Here’s hoping we have better luck with this one!

I’m in love with my new washer!!! Quiet, fast and cleans clothes so good! Everything smells fresh! I just bought the pedestals for them as it is a little easier with them! Washed my king comforter with no problem at all

Love this washer. Had it for over a year now and I have no complaints. Just make sure you leave door open to air dry otherwise it will create an odor inside the drum. Clothes come out clean

Bought this washer due to my washer giving out on me l, only reason not a 5 star because it broke down on us but as usual samsung fixed it and its running now without a problem.

We've had this for about a month. Our old washer didn't drain any longer after about 12 years, so we opted to replace it. We have had Samsung washers & dryer for a long time. We needed one ASAP so we ended up with a black one, which is fine, having a matching washer & dryer isn't important to me. What I really like is the extra capacity in the 5.0 cu feet. We do lots of bulky loads with blankets and dog beds, so this option is awesome. It is pretty quiet and efficient. Love the quick wash option. So far this is a good one. I really don't care about the Smart features to be honest. I work from home now so I don't see the value in controlling it from my phone and having another thing to pull on my wifi and to worry about cyber security, so I can't speak to those features.

I've been using this machine for about a month now and I'm very happy with the purchase. I really enjoy the option to connect via SmartThings. It's super quiet. No issues with any of the preset wash cycles.

Love this washer! I can throw everything in and it comes out so clean. I love the cleaning levels. The drum light is fantastic!

In 2007 i bought very nice samsung washer and dryers. Dryer still works. Washer shook so bad…after i bought new one Jan 2022, i let my son disassemble the old one for fun. The drum had so much soap scum it was like cement. After that many years, makes sense. I buy a new one. When it goes into high spin it sounds like its taking off like a jet and soins so loud its unbearably loud. I thought thats not right an its going to break. Well it did. It stopped going into high spin. Ive been without a washer for 2 weeks. Now they are saying it needs more time to process an exchange. Long story short, anything new is made poorly and if you need a warranty exchange expect a 3-4 week process.

We've only had the machine for a couple weeks but so far so good. Works really and set up wasn't hard as long as you can follow instructions. Ill update if we have any issues.

Closing in on 2 years of heavy use, and have had no issues. We purchased pedestals for the first time to raise the set up, and just love it! Another Great product Samsung!

This dryer is awesome. I had a previous version about 10 years old and this one has a better setup and features.
