My washer and dryer was exactly what I was looking for. I got it to replace a set I had for 20yrs. This washer helps save water and conserve energy. Not to mention the delivery team was EXCEPTIONAL which made the experience that much better

Had a similar model to this from 4 years ago. Decided to get the next slight upgrade from the previous model I had. Loved the previous, and loving this one. Such an interesting color scheme. I enjoy all the smart features.

Took a little getting used to. We have always had a top load washer. Works great overall. However, the filter system stuggles with dog hair. I have had to clean it evry 2 weeks so far.

The washer is quiet, you can add big loads however the more you add the less the softener will smell and with the app it’s easy to know when it finished so that you don’t have to be checking on it.

It would be 5 stars but the drum started wailing like a jet engine on day 14. Unfortunately i waited until day 31 to report the issue and was stuck dealing with Samsung, Well have a 30 day wait , they have agreed to have Best Buy replace it at their expense. I am told 5 days give or take before Best Buy gets the authorization paper work. It cleans very very well, its just super loud due to the defect. I anticipate the replacement will be fines. Things happen. I have owned many Samsung products , and currently own a fridge made by them. I just ordered the magic dryer as my LG dryer has indicated that its on its last leg. Samsung stepped to the plate once I survived an inept 3rd part service company that closed the ticket without telling me . Thus the 30 day wait. I recommend the extended warranty so that Best Buy can expedite service or replacement. Dealing with Korea takes more time.

Make sure you go ahead and get the pedestals for them, trust me! Especially if you're tall

We purchased and self installed this washer and electric dryer set. We have used them now for over a month and could not be happier. The price from the Black Friday deal would be hard to beat. I love the range of settings on both the washer and dryer and especially the steam for the dryer. I also love the number of rinse cycles on the washer. All of our clothes have come out clean and dry on the specified cycles. So far extremely happy with this purchase.

Great buy for the money large capacity and super quiet operation

Great upgrade over previous unit, clean look, clean clothes!!! Recommend the pedistal and pro installation. Had balance issues with loose flooring. 100% self install issue.

Great product. Sometimes it makes a weird sound while drying.
