    Took a little getting used to. We have always had a top load washer. Works great overall. However, the filter system stuggles with dog hair. I have had to clean it evry 2 weeks so far.

    This one washes! I had purchased a LG top loader with agitator but noticed it would not wash or clean the cloths correctly. Went back to this Samsung and instantly noticed it washes. Next up is the matching dryer

    Loved this beautiful washer but returned it because of the door and drain at the bottom of the machine that had to be drained every 40 washes. I judt didn't want to deal with this "Feature" for the life of the machine.

    Product is excellent BUT Best Buy delivery isn't .. delivery was cancelled twice and FINALLY we received the products we ordered. Was informed that due to the delivery issues that we would receive a 'gift card' from Best Buy. Haven't received a gift card yet. SO .. UNTIL WE DO .. I REATE BEST BUY DELIVER AS 1 STAR OR 2 STAR.

    Great purchase! It has made my life so much more efficient. I used to have to turn my old dryer on at least three times in a row when drying delicates on medium. Now I can run my dryer on Low and it dries in one cycle, saving me time, effort, and money on power!
