Esay to load, very quite, the color matchs easily with my house

I love it!!! It was not easy on the install of leveling the washer. But once we got it. Make sure you read directions and you use the parts. VERY VERY IMPOERTANT.

The detergent drawer is way to vague. Add to much and the clothes will smell like detergent I use 4rinses per cycle . How does this save water . Seems like allot of variables in washing which is very neat . Not like the BS the same dryer has which can’t be varied . It’s quiet and has great capacity. .

Love the large capacity drum in this washer. The steam function is my favorite. My clothes are so clean.

Purchased this unit to replace a 12 year old smaller unit that broke down. Very happy with larger capacity as youngest daughter and two granddaughters are now living with us. Got a great deal on the price for both units with timely delivery.

this is a great washer it clean clothes with very little soap and you can wash close as in little time as 30 minutes lots of setting and not as loud pretty much quieter than my old washer

Washer works perfectly. It's stylish and fits a large amount making laundry a breeze as we don't have to wait for multiple loads to be washed. As a family of 6 this has been great!

Very good wash I love it, Everything is fine, except that when it is spin out the clothes it makes a little noise.

Easy to use. My clothes actually smell great now. The front loader I had had an odor to it that made my clothes smell funny.

I paid a premium for this washer (and the matching dryer - about $2,000) because I wanted the best. I took very good care of both units, but the washing machine is unusable after less than two years of use. The spin cycle sounds like a freight train running through the washing room. Samsung refuses to replace the machine because it's just over the 12-month warranty. Samsung also does not manufacture the replacement part - nonsensical. Home warranty will only cover $350 because of depreciation. I'm left holding the bag on this lemon from Samsung. Don't find yourself in my unfortunate position with a manufacturer who builds garbage units and doesn't stand by their products. Save yourself $1,000 and go with a competing brand.

Good washer and dryer set. Was a little skeptical about switching to Samsung but have been great so far.

Very big washer! I’m able to wash my large rugs and blankets. Only downfall is the smell that acquires after a wash. There is a self cleaning option though and I wipe it down with vinegar.
