Very quiet and beautiful design. Easy setup, but it is very heavy. Adjust feet before you get it in position, not quite level with matching dryer

I was against front load washers. leverage on tube with weight. so far it's great. you could notice the difference on how clean clothes come out.

I love that it’s a large capacity machine my only complaint is that when I first got the machine the door refused to open I had to watch a few YouTube video tricks to get it open

After our 10 year old Maytag broke down unexpectedly, I was in a bind for a washing machine and needed to select something that was in-stock at my local Best Buy. I opted for this Samsung model because I felt the price was fair and I wanted something with WiFi connectivity. We’ve been using it daily for about two-weeks now and have been very happy with the results! The steam function leavea a ‘fresh’ smell on our clothes and the notifications from the app provide nice reminders to switch the clothes over to our dryer. Hopefully we can get another 10 years out of this model — but so far, so good!

Great washer actually better than we were expecting. Quick wash setting is great for doing small loads. Love the fact that I can manage with my samsung phone and tv.
