Had two different sets delivered because unpon installation I could hear the washer running from the complete opposite side of our home. It sounded like a pocket full of change was thrown inside of the drum. They delivered another brand new set and it did the same thing so we went with a completely different set.

Got the set installed really wanted the steam option but still trying to figure that out. A couple times things in the dryer have been not dry and when you do the steam function it'll say about an hour and 19 minutes but then it'll end after like 3 minutes but I think that's because they need to be wet when they're in there but we have until January 13th to return this so I'm going to keep using it and trying to see if it's the right choice. If not we'll swap it out for another model

Beautiful BUT THE SPIN CYCLE!

Connected everything and downloaded the app. It was all washing beautifully until it got to the spin cycle. It sounded like a helicopter was landing upstairs. I ran upstairs and the whole washer was turned around and looked like it was running away! The water hose came out from it pulling away and water flooded all over my laundry room. Then the electricity plug unplugged and fell on the wet floor. The washer still kept spinning and moving around and luckily the hot water that was pouring out the hose splashed away. Im sad we cant use the spin cycle and the clothes is super dampened when moved to the dryer and took long to dry
