Great until it broke

Unfortunately the machine started to sound like a jet engine when running through the spin cycle. It was so loud you couldn’t even be in the next room when it was running. This started to happen about 8 months after having purchased the machine, the bearings had gone bad and machine needs to be replaced. Quite disappointing when spending so much on a washer.

This will go down as the WORST adult purchase of my life. Dryer doesn’t dry anything. Has to be ran through 3 cycles. The wash only works on 1 cycle out of all the options. We have contacted Samsung numerous times and can never find anything wrong so then they replace the panel just to have it not work again. I will never purchase any sort of Samsung appliance ever again. TERRIBLE BUY!!!

The filter is at the bottom left of the washer and you have to drain it having the stand makes draining a lot easier. Wish I had known when I purchased. Also watch strings they damage the seal and you only get a year of those getting replaced.

Best Buy finally credited half the accessories return after numerous calls. So I give 2 stars because Best Buy’s service was so bad. I never give bad reviews in my 52 years. But Best Buy customer service made it happen! I do recommend Samsung washers but from other stores.

Checked to make sure its level & it was. Just the worst purchase ever. I wish i would have picked another one. I do not recommend unless you want to plug it back in with every wash.
