Does the job so well I am able to fit my king size comforters which get washer all the way through no weird soap spots left and they come out smelling awesome .

The washing machine is unbelievably quiet. We are very happy with our purchase. The great price did not hurt either.

8300 Model Electric Washer Dryer Set. Got the set installed really wanted the steam option but still trying to figure that out. A couple times things in the dryer have been not dry and when you do the steam function it'll say about an hour and 19 minutes but then it'll end after like 3 minutes but I think that's because they need to be wet when they're in there but we have until January 13th to return this so I'm going to keep using it and trying to see if it's the right choice. If not we'll swap it out for another model

I needed something ASAP went to other stores & they didn’t have it in stock Best Buy had it & great washer and dryer.

Its a beautiful washer and i was so excited when i received it. Connected everything and downloaded the app. It was all washing beautifully until it got to the spin cycle. It sounded like a helicopter was landing upstairs. I ran upstairs and the whole washer was turned around and looked like it was running away! The water hose came out from it pulling away and water flooded all over my laundry room. Then the electricity plug unplugged and fell on the wet floor. The washer still kept spinning and moving around and luckily the hot water that was pouring out the hose splashed away. Im sad we cant use the spin cycle and the clothes is super dampened when moved to the dryer and took long to dry

Loved this washing machine at first, it’s beautiful and has a lot of cleaning cycles. Unfortunately the machine started to sound like a jet engine when running through the spin cycle. It was so loud you couldn’t even be in the next room when it was running. This started to happen about 8 months after having purchased the machine, the bearings had gone bad and machine needs to be replaced. Quite disappointing when spending so much on a washer.

Easy to work very self explanatory. Wash times are on point. It did come with a particular smell but by the 6-8 wash it was gone.

Great washers and dryer! Washer is a little on the heavier side so was not the easiest to bring inside the house but overall! Has been working amazingly!

Love it. Quiet. Efficient. Second set from Samsung. First set I bought used on Craigslist and used them for over 7 years. Only replaced them because of new laws regarding appliances in the USA.

This washer is amazing. The sanitize option is great. It helps to get out stains that our previous washer could not. The 20 year warrenty on the motor is also great.
