I find the sensor is a bit sensative compared to my old washer, no leaks no issues otherwise.

Checked to make sure its level & it was. Just the worst purchase ever. I wish i would have picked another one. I do not recommend unless you want to plug it back in with every wash.

I was looking for a 5 cu.ft and the Best Buy personnel recommended this washer. It has been shaking crazily in spin cycle when I use normal mode. I am worried but I hope Samsung has designed this well. I don't think this has a weight sensor that can adjust the duration of the wash as all the pre-programmed options have rigid times. Minus one star for the shaking. I will update this review after a year.
