I love working with Best Buy. They have great prices and excellent array of products and their service is spot on. I buy all my electronics at Best Buy everything from a washer to a rice making machine.

I bought a open box samsung dryer. We love it. This is our first steam dryer (and matching the washer lol) and we love it. Got a shirt that isnt dirty, but wrinkly? No problem! 15 min steam cycle will take care of it! Quite as can be, multiple selections that actually do what they say! You dont be disappointed

Looks great! Quite and efficient. Hooked it up to my smart things app. I get a notifications when its done. Also easy to use. Lots of settings for different loads.

Beautiful design, great features, washing cycles are quick, laundry is clean and smells great.

I love my washer and dryer handle with care and nothing seems to b wrong. Not happy I had to pay extra for the parts for but the overall condition and care of my washer and dryer was phenomenal. Shot out the my delivery guys.

Amazing Washer. The best in washing and also the best looking. If you are going to keep it in place that is visible this is amazing. We keep it in our garage but we also use it as a living area, so this is a perfect it. Love it! Highly recommend it.

If I had to choose an absolute beast of a washer, it would have to be this. I used to have a old washer that I thought was good until I bought. I kid you not, when I bought this Samsung washer and washed my dirty clothes with this new washer, it gave my clothes a new clean I never seen with my old washer before. It literally turned my panel long sleeve brand new, as if I bought it from the store. The features on it is incredible too, where it can automatically sense how long the clothes actually needs to be washed and adjusts it for you. Also, there’s an app called smart things where you can view everything on the Samsung washer, including if the filter needs to be cleaned and showcase any problems with it. 10/10 washer I would highly recommend.

I've always had a top loader washing machine and was a little unsure about moving to front load. Turns out... I LOVE my new set. They look sleek, are quiet, and carry some cool technology. I connected mine to SmartThings and will see "Cycle Finished" pop up on my laptop or TV when the load is complete. Definitely getting the bang for your buck on this model and the Ivory color is so pretty. All in all, very happy with the purchase. Well done, Samsung.

The appreciation and gratitude I have to say for these 2 amazing workers can’t even come close to how amazing they have been in helping me bring my washer and dryer to my home. I have been patiently waiting for my two big appliances to arrive and they actually came right on time and helped me out with educating me on my new purchase with more than what I thought I knew. I am a loyal customer and just like past purchases that needed to be delivered Best Buy never lets me down.
