It is relatively quiet and stays in one place during the spin cycle. Does a good job with cleaning and I like the fact that it modulates the water level based on weight of load.

Wasn’t sold as used. Didn’t work at first but we figured out the installers didn’t turn the water back on after connecting the hoses.

I found this gorgeous front load washer I had to have. Got it home then bam. 20 some washes later it will no longer spin, smells like mold/mildew and for the life of me, I cannot get either Samsung or Best Buy out to correct this issue. I am LIVID!

We purchased this unit in July 2020 but it was not delivered until August and by Feb 2021 it was already broken. We noticed it stopped washing properly and that the cloths were soaking wet after each wash. It was not completing loads, the drum would not spin and the machine would stop. It was displaying 3C error code and after speaking with Samsung rep I was told it was a motor issue. So its been 7 months and this unit already malfunctioning. I really wish I never replaced my LG washer, it was an incredible tank! I regret buying this unit. After speaking with samsung rep, we were told a technician should be here to try and fix the unit, it's been 3weeks and still waiting. I would not recommend this to anyone

Quality is flimsy material so poorly made. The front door is so weak and I feel like it’s gonna break any moment. The soap dispenser you need to open after each wash to allow the water to drain which is very inconvenient n the water doesn’t dry in the dispenser. It washes alright. Overall not impressed n disappointed. I just got it too.

I went in store for a price match and was given a partial price match of $70. I was highly disappointed with the Best Buy customer service and despite being an elite member wont be shopping at Best Buy.

Awful that a new product only lasts one year before needing repair. Now have to pay for a new circuit board and repair cost, look for a more reliable brand.
