On my 3rd set of Samsung washer/dryer this month

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Besides the MULTIPLE delivery issues and mistakes, we have had to have the first 2 pair of washer/dryers replace because they were broken upon delivery. We are now on our 3rd set, but I am less than confident that they will be worth the $$ spent. Not only are the delivery men NOT certified or licensed to do installs, but the first people who installed our dryer also broke the electrical panel and left exposed wires hanging out of the back of the dryer. They also did NOT tighten the hoses for the washer so the water was squirting out of the hose. This could have caused a fire, or someone couldhave gotten electrocuted. Best buy said they would compensate, but I feel it will be minimal considering what we've gone through so far.

Also bought a dishwasher and they came to put it in and their was scratch across the display and now with the removal if our old one we presently don't have a dishwasher and is waiting to be contacted on a new one whenever that may be! Very. Very dissatisfied to say the least!

Had to wait another week then received a 2nd one and wasn’t even installed properly had to wait another few days just for someone to come and see if they can install it properly. This is already ridiculous and I am very frustrated with Best Buy

I have to put it on the minimum spin in order to minimize the noise and vibration but it can still be felt throughout the house. It is very inconvenient to pay this much money for a machine that I cannot use the full function. Because I cannot use the full spin cycle, the clothes come out wet and have to dry longer in the dryer. After a report, Best Buy sent a technician who viewed my video of the machine working and he said "that is normal". I fail to see how this much noise and vibration can be tolerated on a daily basis. Save yourself some headache and do not buy.

Good luck trying to deal with Samsung warranty - The company will refer you to several appliance repair shops which are booked out for over a month. Samsung clearly does not build long lasting washers.

Worst washer ever !

I had to return the first one as it was pouring water out of the soap dispenser. Then when I got the replacement the same exact thing happened again. Went in to Best Buy the same day it was delivered and returned it to get a top loader.
