It has been able to get any clothes we throw at it clean… and that’s including towels that have been used to clean up puppy “accidents.” The sanitize mode really bleeds some clothes though so be careful

I really like this washer. It’s runs very quite. I can wash my comforter in it and have plenty or room.

Great deal but sucks I couldn’t use my 10% bday promo for this because it was already a open box item Not sure where I’m going to get the dryer to match might not go here

Love my new washer! I’ve always liked Samsung washers and dryers but after 10 years, it was time to replace our washer. We purchased this which is a newer model and larger load! Love it

This is our first front loader. I have always been against a front loader but the last two top loaders we've owned had the same agitator issues. So far, I'm loving it. No compaints.

More options than I thought we need but we love this washer. Steam function is great for sanitizing and having WiFi connection is awesome for silent alerts when cycle is done.

Fast and easy to clean. I like the color. It got notification thru samsung app and wifi to alert us wherever we are in the house when the washer is done.

Works good, seems to clean nice and leaves my clothes nice and steamy. Also like the self cleaning option as it does get smelly if you dont clean it.

so far, so good. I really love this machine. It has a really long chime at the end of the cycle that I thought was fun at first, but its kind of annoying. But I'm sure you can turn it off.

This Samsung washer is better then my old Samsung washer! It uses less water and has better washing cycles on it! I can't say anything bad about the washer it's great!!!!

Nice sturdy washer with a sleek finish, the WiFi connectivity is a nice touch although Samsung could probably do with a few aesthetic improvements to the app.

I wanted to love this washer. It would have been my families 4th front loader. I've been through all of the trials and tribulations of front loading machines, including the debacle of mold in the boot from the very first machines. When washer was initially delivered, I noticed that the machine did not appear to be as 'sturdy' as past models. I was willing to overlook that in exchange for the steam features. The first load of was that I did was all whites...towels, wash clothes, hubby's tshirts. The tshirts came out in shreads. The machine seems to dispense the bleach without first diluting it. Service Tech indicated that Samsung had change the way detergent and bleach flow into the machine and that there was no fix available. I would add that the machine does not allow the operator to over use bleach, detergent or softener. The dispenser does not hold very much. I've given up and exchanged the entire set for a top loading LG set.
