However it does a pretty good job . The clothes are clean. Oh yes and after installing dont forget to calibrate the machine so it supplies enough water for the load.

I’ve had this washer for about two years, and it’s broken down. The water levels never fully clean my clothes. The washer assembly has a defect, and the washer rods are made of plastic. When they say they don’t make things like they used to, this is the most accurate statement I’ve ever heard. Buy the cheapest washer you can find; trust me, it won't last. Or learn how to fix washing machines.

It takes a bit longer to dry our towels and jeans than our last dryer ( not a Samsung) and is louder than we would've expected. We have no issues otherwise and now have all Samsung appliances in our home.
