It takes a bit longer to dry our towels and jeans than our last dryer ( not a Samsung) and is louder than we would've expected. We have no issues otherwise and now have all Samsung appliances in our home.

They delivered but could not unhook the old washer and took both the new washer and dryer back for later delivery instead of leaving the new dryer so I could use the current washer until I could get a plumber to free the faucet connections.

This unit was recommended by the staff member that assisted me @ Best Buy. Overall I am very happy with this unit, I like the large capacity, which can be used for quilts and similar items. I can reach everything inside of the drum, the only knock I have against it is that it does seem to take longer to do loads of laundry.
