They delivered but could not unhook the old washer and took both the new washer and dryer back for later delivery instead of leaving the new dryer so I could use the current washer until I could get a plumber to free the faucet connections.

Doesnt seem to let it soak very long and so it doesnt get out really dug in dirt.

I wish that I had enough money to buy the matching dryer but next year as my old washing machine died on me and I had to get a new one. This machine has been nothing but amazing I’ve only had one issue and that was that it got off-balance because I put too much in the washing machine but that was my fault as I put two big quilts in there.

It takes a bit longer to dry our towels and jeans than our last dryer ( not a Samsung) and is louder than we would've expected. We have no issues otherwise and now have all Samsung appliances in our home.
