TOP QUALITY MACHINE!

It looks and works great. 95% of the time we use the "Quick Wash" setting (30 minutes) to save water and energy, and everything is good to go. We do run the "clean" cycle every time the machine calls for it. I think it's a good step to sanitize everything. But that's just me. I got this during the height of Covid. So i did EVERYTHING myself. Pick up at store, complete install, and initial setup/run cycle. It was easy. We like this machine so much that we bought a matching gas dryer a couple months later, even though our old dryer did NOT need replacing.

The Active Wave Agitator is amazing . No more tangled up clothes. The clear lid is genius . The soft melodic sound when your cycle is done is such an improvement over the offensive honking sound of every other washer I’ve owned . Will definitely buy Samsung appliances again !! —- a very happy customer

The clear lid is nice (the toddler especially likes that feature) and the controls are not overly complicated. Like the dryer. the top (the lid in this instance) is not flat and makes it usable to temporarily place stuff. Overall, pretty nice for the price.

Not efficient it waste a lot of water due to The suspension spring rods for the drums went out after 3 years and it gets stuck in UB mode, got it repaired and the water pump stop pumping out water! I miss my old Frigidaire washer that lasted 15 years! This washer has multiple defective designs. I will never purchase a Samsung appliances ever again.

This washer is much bigger than my last so having the extra space is great for a family of 8.

It did a nice job washing the clothes. It really conserve the water. All you have to do is put the clothes inside the washer and it will fill its self.
