Not efficient it waste a lot of water due to The suspension spring rods for the drums went out after 3 years and it gets stuck in UB mode, got it repaired and the water pump stop pumping out water! I miss my old Frigidaire washer that lasted 15 years! This washer has multiple defective designs. I will never purchase a Samsung appliances ever again.

Expensive and already has error codes

Has been giving a error code and won’t finish rinse and spin cycles because of it. Called Best Buy. They said call Geek Squad. They transferred me to Samsung. All I was told, after I was questioned for several minutes, was to unplug it again and see if that helps. Ridiculous. Horrible product and horrible customer service

Washes well, leaves dog hair on clothes

We needed the larger capacity, but now we've got tons of dog hair.
