We also like the new digital control panel better than the old knob style. The only negative I have found yet is the water saving feature. We find ourselves using the "deep fill" option pretty often to make sure our full load of clothes get covered by the water.

Two Year Lifespan

They have worked well for the past two years. Though it is a 5.0 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency, it takes a long time to do a load and you can't fill the drum more than half or it can not handle the load. After under two years, the washer does not work. The suspension rods are either worn out or broken. Bestbuy does not offer service on this item. The cost of parts is $80 but will take weeks to arrive from a third-party website and installation will take some time. I would recommend this washer for light use but not for a family.
