All shops were closed that sold washers and we could not wait until after COVID-19. Wife too short to reach bottom of washer to remove clothes. Had to get a Grabber for her to get close out of washer. I purchased washer 4-4-2020.

My old Maytag lasted almost 11 years, and I was reluctant to replace it with a Samsung, but the reviews (from friends and also online) were so good, I figured I'd give it a try. I have three boys and a dog, so it gets a real workout. Everything comes out fresh and clean every time.

The only drawback with the machine is that the drum is deep and if you're short, like me, you can't reach the bottom of the drum to retrieve items without a stool.

Does it’s job , has problems washing sheet. Don’t like the fact that you can’t put what size load you have. Wouldn’t buy again.
