From filling with water to washing ,to rinsing and spinning all was a smooth process. The spinning processs is wonderful, clothes were almost dry. No dents, No leakage. Perfect for me and my family. I recommend this washing machine

Worth every penny

My old Maytag lasted almost 11 years, and I was reluctant to replace it with a Samsung, but the reviews (from friends and also online) were so good, I figured I'd give it a try. I have three boys and a dog, so it gets a real workout. Everything comes out fresh and clean every time.

A lot of different cycles and it has an option to deep feel and pre soak things I normally would of done in the sink.

Does it’s job , has problems washing sheet. Don’t like the fact that you can’t put what size load you have. Wouldn’t buy again.

The only drawback with the machine is that the drum is deep and if you're short, like me, you can't reach the bottom of the drum to retrieve items without a stool.
