Received in great shape but haven't actually used it yet as I decided to see how much longer the last leg of it's predecessor would hold out. (But I'm sure once my brand X bites the dust, I will be extraordinarily satisfied with my new Samsung!)

We went to the scratch and dent store but didn’t know it was more than scratch and dent. The sales rep in Lakewood didn’t tell us they had repaired appliances as well and no way to tell em apart. Anyway we bought new from the store and it was delivered on time and all was good

Our fault. Little noisy than our kenmore elite we had for 15 years. Does a great job in all cycles. So far happy with the purchase

I wanted the app model but they were sold out. This was a good second choice.

Had to wait until December 18th to use it because Best delivery does not understand a customer's sense of urgency when it comes to a broken washer. No fault of the washer. My suggestion if you want to buy an appliance.. rent a truck and take it with you.

I think it does a great job. water temp is pre set depending on what you are washing, yet can be changed it you don't like it. Time lets you know how much time is left and clear top lets you see what is going on. I absolutely love this washer great purchase!!

It saves a lot of water and it does more loads because it doesn’t have the middle spinning thing. The only con I would say about this machine is that it takes a long time to do a load, average minimum time I’ve seen has been around 53 mins.
