Our fault. Little noisy than our kenmore elite we had for 15 years. Does a great job in all cycles. So far happy with the purchase

Received in great shape but haven't actually used it yet as I decided to see how much longer the last leg of it's predecessor would hold out. (But I'm sure once my brand X bites the dust, I will be extraordinarily satisfied with my new Samsung!)

We went to the scratch and dent store but didn’t know it was more than scratch and dent. The sales rep in Lakewood didn’t tell us they had repaired appliances as well and no way to tell em apart. Anyway we bought new from the store and it was delivered on time and all was good

A little louder than I’m used to but the spin cycle works so hard I think the sound of from the spin. Actually lowered the spin cycle because the clothes come out so dry! Would definately recommend
