Love my new washer!!! A high tech but easy to use!!

This is a replacement for our 15 year old Kenmore washer. It saves a lot of water and it does more loads because it doesn’t have the middle spinning thing. The only con I would say about this machine is that it takes a long time to do a load, average minimum time I’ve seen has been around 53 mins.

Bought this on November 28th. Had to wait until December 18th to use it because Best delivery does not understand a customer's sense of urgency when it comes to a broken washer. No fault of the washer. My suggestion if you want to buy an appliance.. rent a truck and take it with you.

This machine has many features and is easy to use.

Replacement for a whirlpool washer that the bleach cup had rusted out and causing stains on my wash. This washer is nice as the area around the bleach cup is not ceramic coated metal and a molded polymer to prevent rust out. The washer was delivered fast and installed by Best Buy no complaints.

Fits perfectly and nice size great for our family!

I had a old fashioned Maytag that lasted 10 years with my 6 kids, me and my spouse. Wish I would have just gone with the same brand. It was Samsung, so I thought it would be top quality. I was wrong. Washer has sensors to shut off machine when out of balance, it is the most aggravating thing ever. Sometimes I have to restart 10 times to get a load washed. It is ridiculous. Fills up with water and washes over and over. Of course, it has been 2 years since I bought it. Wish I would have called when it first started but I thought it was just user error. I will never buy a Samsung washer/dryer again. Maybe they have fixed this issue on newer models, but it has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Love how roomie it is, it’s a great washer it be nice if there was a video on operating the washer instead of reading the manual book. it’s great it comes with instructions but not only it would be a good source for information but it will also give you a lot views if you put that on YouTube

This washer has all of the features of a front load with out being a front load. I think it does a great job. water temp is pre set depending on what you are washing, yet can be changed it you don't like it. Time lets you know how much time is left and clear top lets you see what is going on. I absolutely love this washer great purchase!!

I love the size of this washer! The mechanism is so smooth and quiet it makes me wonder if it really washes well. No need for the extra water spout, the top/ lid is at a slant, not flat, but the glass top is very cool, wish I had the option to choose or know the rinse temperature.

Nice looking machine with lots of bells and whistles but, doesn’t fill with enough water to cover all the clothes in less you use the deep fill cycle which can take up to 2 hours for a wash cycle. Very frustrating to use.

Love this washing machine! Very simple to use ! My clothes have been coming out the cleanest without added chemicals . I can’t wait to get dryer

The Samsung 5.0 Cu. Ft. Top Load Washer is so easy to load. I am enjoying all of the features and would highly recommend this washing machine.

This is a great machine for the price it’s quite I live the self cleaning option I would definitely recommend ive had it for a month now and so far so good If you put a comforter and sheets in thou you will have to recalibrate it before you do that load

Washer is great. Great cycles for all types of loads. I love the singing when the washer is finish. I also like the glass on top I can see the clothes washing.
