Wish I would have just gone with the same brand. It was Samsung, so I thought it would be top quality. I was wrong. Washer has sensors to shut off machine when out of balance, it is the most aggravating thing ever. Sometimes I have to restart 10 times to get a load washed. It is ridiculous. Fills up with water and washes over and over. Of course, it has been 2 years since I bought it. Wish I would have called when it first started but I thought it was just user error. I will never buy a Samsung washer/dryer again. Maybe they have fixed this issue on newer models, but it has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Do Not Buy

A year and a half old and out side the warrenty. Called to set up apt with samsung after the year mark unfortunately. Spin cycle doesnt work. No idea what to do other than buy new. This was a waste of money and a piece of crap.
