Wish I would have just gone with the same brand. It was Samsung, so I thought it would be top quality. I was wrong. Washer has sensors to shut off machine when out of balance, it is the most aggravating thing ever. Sometimes I have to restart 10 times to get a load washed. It is ridiculous. Fills up with water and washes over and over. Of course, it has been 2 years since I bought it. Wish I would have called when it first started but I thought it was just user error. I will never buy a Samsung washer/dryer again. Maybe they have fixed this issue on newer models, but it has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Part of the reason why I bought such a nice washer and dryer! Haha I will say im still searching for the secret formula! But I always smile inside knowing I bought such a nice Laundry set by myself so Its a 10 for me!
