The Samsung 5.0 Cu. Ft. Top Load Washer is so easy to load. I am enjoying all of the features and would highly recommend this washing machine.

I love the washer only thing it doesn’t balance out you have to keep trying to balance it out guess I should have shop more so now I’m stuck with it. I wouldn’t recommend it

Pros: cleans very well and thorough Cons: must use deep fill so it can be filled to the top with water in order for it to be cleaned. If you don’t press the deep fill button the clothes at the top don’t wash.

Washer does what it's supposed to do: washes clothes well with minimum water through high efficiency. I wash most everything in cold water; however, there are some stains that require hot water and if they don't come clean in cold, I re-wash in hot.

Had to replace an 8 year old washer and quietness was a huge requirement. We found it in this Samsung Washer. Absolutely love it and does a fabulous job washing and rinsing clothes to the point that my dryer spends less time having to dry clothes because the spin cycle is so good. Highly recommend this product!

The only negative thus far is that it does not have a “towels” option. Other than that, pleased with the product

I had this washer for 1 week and I had a minor problem with it, but they made it right and runs like it should. Gave it 5 stars because it was not best buy’s fault.

GREAT FOR WASHING LARGE LOADS OF LAUNDRY. STILL LEARNING HOW TO USE IT. i only have 1 problem with it ,the tub is so deep i cant reach in to get all of my laundry out, had to get a stool and a long picker upper to get the unreachable items .

All reviews said to get a washing machine without the agitator. Well I like the agitator ones better. This machine doesn't seem like it is washing the clothes. I don't like that you can't add whatever amount of water you want without it being on the heavy cycle.

Owned for 6 months now and use it several times per week. It’s big and it’s quiet. So far we’re very pleased.

have not had machine that long. I like it. Large tub and easy to operate. It let you know how long you load will be to wash

I like it, but its a little complicated to use. My main complaint would be no water level button. I know it weighs the clothing, but sometimes its not enough water.Still learning the features but overall great so far.

This washer has every option you could need- water temperature, spin speed, wash time, soil level… It has all the bells and whistles at the mid price range.

This machine does the job. What I don’t like is the cycles seem to last extra long. I wish we could go back to the old school washers were we set the time for each load. Some cycles last over 2 hours with this washer.

Doesn't use enough water unless you use heavy duty/deep fill so the soap doesn't rinse out all the way (no matter the load size). Takes forever on any cycle. Sounds like the agitation mechanism (no large center agitator, just an itty bitty at the bottom) is going to break if you put in more than three towels. Pains me to watch my clothes get shredded by the nearly dry agitation. Everything gets tangled into a freaking knot. Just ugh. Whoever designed this was an idiot that never did one load of laundry in their life. I'm going to regret this in a few years when it breaks (hopefully it lasts a few years ugh).
