If you don’t press the deep fill button the clothes at the top don’t wash.

STILL LEARNING HOW TO USE IT. i only have 1 problem with it ,the tub is so deep i cant reach in to get all of my laundry out, had to get a stool and a long picker upper to get the unreachable items .

We found it in this Samsung Washer. Absolutely love it and does a fabulous job washing and rinsing clothes to the point that my dryer spends less time having to dry clothes because the spin cycle is so good. Highly recommend this product!

I wash most everything in cold water; however, there are some stains that require hot water and if they don't come clean in cold, I re-wash in hot.

But sofar this washer get the job done.

Well I like the agitator ones better. This machine doesn't seem like it is washing the clothes. I don't like that you can't add whatever amount of water you want without it being on the heavy cycle.
