A year and a half old and out side the warrenty. Called to set up apt with samsung after the year mark unfortunately. Spin cycle doesnt work. No idea what to do other than buy new. This was a waste of money and a piece of crap.

Nice machine wash but uses too much water

If you don’t press the deep fill button the clothes at the top don’t wash.

I wash most everything in cold water; however, there are some stains that require hot water and if they don't come clean in cold, I re-wash in hot.

We found it in this Samsung Washer. Absolutely love it and does a fabulous job washing and rinsing clothes to the point that my dryer spends less time having to dry clothes because the spin cycle is so good. Highly recommend this product!

Well I like the agitator ones better. This machine doesn't seem like it is washing the clothes. I don't like that you can't add whatever amount of water you want without it being on the heavy cycle.
