This machine does the job. What I don’t like is the cycles seem to last extra long. I wish we could go back to the old school washers were we set the time for each load. Some cycles last over 2 hours with this washer.

Doesn't use enough water unless you use heavy duty/deep fill so the soap doesn't rinse out all the way (no matter the load size). Takes forever on any cycle. Sounds like the agitation mechanism (no large center agitator, just an itty bitty at the bottom) is going to break if you put in more than three towels. Pains me to watch my clothes get shredded by the nearly dry agitation. Everything gets tangled into a freaking knot. Just ugh. Whoever designed this was an idiot that never did one load of laundry in their life. I'm going to regret this in a few years when it breaks (hopefully it lasts a few years ugh).

Well engineered and efficient. It's quiet and cleans the clothes without letting them show excessive wear.

The product arrived promptly and with no issues. Installation was fairly quick. This is the second washer of the same kind that we buy. The first one broke due to some shelves that I had installed on top of it (definitely my fault), but we liked it so much that we bought another one.

So far it’s working great. Quiet and doesn’t “wander” with super full loads. King sized comforter can be washed!

Love it. Its quiet, washes the clothes clean, and it has the deep fill, which is necessary most of the time!

Unlike the previous model, the upper enclosure is made of plastic. Now it will not rust from bleach use

It works great cleans everything I put in it and it's nice having a setting for Blankets.

We needed to replace our front load washing machine. We saw this one as an open box and after looking at the options and online reviews we bought it. Delivery and hook up was flawless. We’ve been using it for almost 2 months and very pleased with the purchase.

If you are a short person, it is difficult to reach the bottom of the tub. I am 5 foot four and almost need a stepstool.

The common washer operating problem was pre-soaking & inflow water level, load capacity. Sangsung overcome all those weakness presented by other brands with better choices digital button control in each wash cycle which assure us end of day laundary work is always finished clean and worry free.

Product was exactly as advertised, delivered efficiently and in perfect shape! Installed just right and old machine removed. Very pleased.

Great price for a great washer. Samsung will always be a reliable brand. Have many samsung products and my washer was going to be no different.

So far good. Previous washer tumbled during washing cycle. My new washer moves back and forth. It is very quiet and the tub is much bigger than my old one. Also like that it only uses water based on load.

Only used a few times so far, but it seems to work well. The first couple of minutes per load which seems to involve sensing the size and distribution of the load is weird, but I'm getting used to it. Clothes are clean and the water is spun out well, so drying doesn't take too long.

I need to be couple inches taller to easily reach bottom of drum to get out washed items when done. Love large capacity. At 68 years old a bit of learning curve with digital controls, but learned pretty quickly. Still getting used to, but love it.

Have been using this from last 1 year and so far its good. only issue is it doesn't fill water full and you have to use deep fill option based on the load......it would have been good if machine detects the load and adjust the water level

I feel I got more for my money. My washer/Dryer was cheaper than other places and didn’t have to wait weeks for it. Was delivered in a few days, actually came in day earlier than expected. If I ever need another appliance I will go back to Best Buy.
