I feel I got more for my money. My washer/Dryer was cheaper than other places and didn’t have to wait weeks for it. Was delivered in a few days, actually came in day earlier than expected. If I ever need another appliance I will go back to Best Buy.

Happy to have a new washer but not entirely sure it’s worth all the money. It works well most of the time, but sometimes it gets jammed and yells at me until I fix it. Additionally we will sometimes have white streaks on our dark colored clothes. I’ve read something about cleaning and maintenance preventing this, but we haven’t even had it a year so I didn’t know this would be necessary so soon or often.

The Best Buy installers were awesome! They were very friendly and professional. They told me how to work the washing machine. Excellent service! I love the washing machine. Such an excellent investment. I really appreciated how quick the delivery was. I will definitely use Best Buy again.

I can honestly say that I was very impressed by this product, it met and went above and beyond my expectations. Don't tell my brother. But he was right. I should have upgraded to a Samsung washier years ago

It is a good washing machine for its price but the quality of the wash is not what I expected

Samsung need to make the drum turn faster is annoying slow, plus to get a decent amount of water you need to push the clothes to the side of the drum, the deep fill option add extra water it does help but is too much water if you have a medium size load of clothes. But sofar this washer get the job done.

The washer works amazing and still runs efficiently. Sometimes it does make noises with a heavier load but nothing terrible.

I love my new Samsung washer. It is so much larger than our old washer and is very quiet. I like being able to see into the tub while washing and feel that the number of options for each cycle works very well. Even the little song when the load is done is enjoyable.

First time trying Samsung Washers. I needed a washer immediately and could not wait for Maytag delivery two months down the line. I love Samsung for so many other things I decided to give it a try. To this date I love it.

Brought this to replace a previous model that had a major rusting defect in the bleach dispenser. Samsung makes great appliances, so I didn't hesitate to get another. I chalked the last washer issue up to the fact that we all make mistakes once in a while!

Sometimes hard to regulate water temperature. Not able to control small or large load to regulate how much water is used.

Such a great appliance, great price! have been using it for months has been great!!

Purchased this on line was worried at first. I did my own install the guys that deliver it was great. So it’s larger then I needed. I am very satisfied with it and recommend it very quiet. Had a side loader absolutely love the top loader

Extremely happy with this Samsung washer, which we got to replace the extremely noisy GE Profile.

I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't have sm, med or lg wash cycles. It goes from average to extra lg.

Very happy with the Samsung washer. Works well and easy to use. I especially like the glass top that allows you to see inside while washing.

I came, I saw, I bought, I picked up and brought home attached power cord hooked up water hoses and started washing clothes. Perfect experience. Codos to the sales person as well for his knowledge and helpfulness.

BB sales and delivery personnel were very professional. I am really enjoying my new washer but the C-4 issue keeps popping up every once in a while. To overcome it’s important to do the calibration.

I would say LG is slightly better.. Not bad but not great if you change your mind and do a different cycle all the water in the drum is wasted.
