The washer machine is working excellent but the deliveries guys Was so bad they walk on the grass and carry a lot mud inside of my house since the grass was wet, I told them to take care of it and they ignored to me. Si good machine but bad service.

So far so good! Read instructions! My daughter read them for me and the first time I did the laundry, I had no idea what the machine was doing. It’s very nice. Very happy with my purchase. Saves money on laundry soap because HE.

I wish my open box washer worked but it didn't. I got a replacement unit pretty fast though.

After only 3 weeks, washer quit working. Customer service with Samsung is a nightmare

I’m relieved to finally write this post. I’ve had this washer for about two years, and it’s broken down. The water levels never fully clean my clothes. The washer assembly has a defect, and the washer rods are made of plastic. When they say they don’t make things like they used to, this is the most accurate statement I’ve ever heard. Buy the cheapest washer you can find; trust me, it won't last. Or learn how to fix washing machines.

Great washer easy to use...love the capacity. Highly recomend use of washer cleaning tabs.

Does not spin out all the water, need to use multiple spin cycles for towels, sheets, heavier loads.

I love how this washer works! Only thing i can say is thank you for coming with a manual since now i am more interested in putting the right cycle for my type of clothing and curtains! I still have a lot to learn but it does the work and really good.

Love my new dryer. It has all the levels I need and works the first time! No more starting a load over and over because it’s not dry yet

So we’ve had the machine for a few months now. Cleans good. Kids clothes come out clean no matter how dirty they are. If I load the clothes as very dirty it may take up to 3 hours to finish the load. I don’t know why the cycle takes so long! I do add a second rinse but still…. 3 hours is a long commitment to wait for clothes to wash. It also uses minimum water. Sometimes it seems like it’s washing dry clothes - can’t see the water. But I like the end result so solid 4 stars for now.

Very pleased with this purchase. I'm just waiting for my old dryer to start giving me trouble so I can get the matching drier unit. This is my second samsung washer and I'm pleased with their washers

I absolutely love my new Samsung washing machine! It has so many features on it to make doing laundry seem easier!!

It works great and is in good condition. It is pretty tall, so if you are short be aware.

So far everything is ok I like my washer machine I recommend this to all my friends

Absolutely the best washer I have ever owned. The impeller is amazing and I love the deep fill for tough messes!

I love this washer! I gave it four stars because you have to reset the water temperature each time you wash. It doesn’t store prior settings and it is automatically set at HOT when you turn it on to begin a new load.
