So we’ve had the machine for a few months now. Cleans good. Kids clothes come out clean no matter how dirty they are. If I load the clothes as very dirty it may take up to 3 hours to finish the load. I don’t know why the cycle takes so long! I do add a second rinse but still…. 3 hours is a long commitment to wait for clothes to wash. It also uses minimum water. Sometimes it seems like it’s washing dry clothes - can’t see the water. But I like the end result so solid 4 stars for now.

Love the large capacity, soft close top and so quiet almost dont even realize its running.

I love how this washer works! Only thing i can say is thank you for coming with a manual since now i am more interested in putting the right cycle for my type of clothing and curtains! I still have a lot to learn but it does the work and really good.

It was what we needed to replace another washer. Never saw a manual with it but found it online.

Washer is ok I guess it does its job but the new "efficient" and Improved water usage sucks. You have to click extra buttons to get a deep fill and allow all items to get wet otherwise the smart washer will use the least amount of water possible and leave some spots dry. Another thing I cant figure out is why I cant get my laundry to smell like the pricy softer, maybe I am doing something wrong idk over ok washer.

I’ve had my eye on this washer for awhile. It went on sale so I jumped on it! Install was easy. Make sure you check your plumbing valves before delivery. Love that it has an optional deep fill feature too.

I love this washer! I gave it four stars because you have to reset the water temperature each time you wash. It doesn’t store prior settings and it is automatically set at HOT when you turn it on to begin a new load.

I have only had this machine for a month and so far so good. The only issue is a code popped up and that particular one wasn't listed in the book. The book said to call Samsung. Just put them all in the book.

this is the 3rd set washer/dryer of Samsung that I have purchased in the last 8 years! I keep getting the same set each time I move! Repeat purchases of the same items says it all!

Our previous washer went haywire so we were in a pinch to get a new one. We quickly found this one at a good price and it was delivered within a few business days. It was installed and setup quickly.

Great top load washer with multiple cycle options. The quick wash runs about 30 - 35 and does the trick for normal wash. 5.0 is a smaller than some of the competition at the price point, but still does the job.

This is the first brand new washer I have owned. It has any setting you could need. You can check on your load from your phone, and when your load is done it plays a little song. My son tells me the washer is singing! Lol So far I'm in love.
