You have to click extra buttons to get a deep fill and allow all items to get wet otherwise the smart washer will use the least amount of water possible and leave some spots dry. Another thing I cant figure out is why I cant get my laundry to smell like the pricy softer, maybe I am doing something wrong idk over ok washer.

Some take a little too long and that is my only complaint. Clothes come out smelling fresh and clean, its quiet, energy-efficient, and as said above makes laundry fun to do and watch!

For small items like socks, I think I may need to think about keeping a step stool nearby. I am 5'5. Also, so many settings to choose from, you can wash about anything.

It would have been worth it at full price. It has handle different load types well. It has a small learning curve for the settings but everything is explained in the literature that comes with it

Top is a bit slanted which is frustrating because you can't really put anything on the top, like a laundry basket or laundry itself. Manager was amazing to work with.
